Awful service. Ordered a mattr...

Awful service. Ordered a mattress back in August and and today went to pick it up. When I got to the store and checked the mattress, it wasn't even what I ordered. The manager said that he "upgraded" the mattress since it had taken so long to come in, so it wasn't even the mattress I ordered. I went to Ashley Furniture and checked the mattress to see if it was even an upgrade, and turns out it wasn't, although it was more expensive than the original. These people don't deserve your business.

I purchased furniture from Last Calls Furniture in Lubbock on June 29, 2012. It took them less than 4 hours to draft my account for $5400.00, now 17 weeks later I still don't have furniture or the full refund that they agreed to on September 12, 2012. This is the shadiest company that I have ever dealt with! This is a company that the public needs to warned about! Do Not Do Business With Them! They will take your money and you will not receive anything in return! They are now ducking my phone calls and not returning my calls. I just want my money back!

Well..... Dining room table a...

Well..... Dining room table and chairs, have not been received at store, or delivered since we ordered them on 7/1/12... Still waiting, and hoping that we receive the merchandise, or get a refund. We too have called repeatedly, and my husband, and I both have been there to find out about our order.... Same song and dance...we are unloading a truck, we will let you know, and to no avail, we do not hear from them, and have to call them back. I would not recommend them at all, the pricing was great, but the frustration of not having the items, has really had both or our's blood pressure up pretty high. I hope that they can get their act together, before they are out of business, customers will not put up with this kind of service, too bad we didn't do a little more research. Believe me, we are definately telling our friends, family and anyone else that will listen to us regarding our horrible experience. ;(

I recently had a horrible expe...

I recently had a horrible experience with Last Calls. I bought a bedroom set and scheduled to pick it up a week later. I ended up going to the store 4 times in order to collect all the pieces of the set. On 2 of those occasions, myself or my husband had to wait to be helped for up to 45 minutes. My husband finally had to walk through the warehouse, into the store, only to find all the employees standing around talking. I waited for almost as long in the loading area with multiple employees passing by but not acknowledging me. When we brought up our concerns about the customer service to a manager, he took no responsibility for our items not being ready or for having to wait to be helped. He was rude and unprofessional about the whole situation and not at all interested in apologizing or making it right in any way. We moved into a new house and have been buying furniture, appliances, etc. from other stores in town and are appalled at the way we were treated at Last Calls. To top it off, the bed (headboard, footboard, rails) we received off the floor came with no instructions and an incomplete set of screws to put it together. Also, it was still on the floor the day I came to pick it up, so it had sat for a week where it may have collected more scuffs and scratches than it had when I bought it. Yes, we got a good deal on our furniture, but it wasn't worth our time and effort of getting it home and eventually assembling it all. I regret taking my business to a store that is interested in making a sale but putting no effort into taking care of the customer afterwards. There are plenty of other places in town who deserve your business!
