Overall

We ordered glass from this business. After it was miss measured and miss cut by them, not once but twice, we called on Tuesday to check on why the glass that was promised on Friday was not delivered and when we might expect it. The owner Kevin Taylor proceeded to cuss out our employee. I called and cancelled our orders with them. I'd suggest others avoid them and go with one of the other local glass companies that's will appreciate your business.

Overall

I was delivering some jobs to this location, never been there, the owner was rude, foul mouthed, told me "F *** Y **, just get the F *** out. There are other glass places here, my advice is to steer clear of this one.

Do not use them is what I woul...

Do not use them is what I would tell a friend of mine. We were recovering from a tough morning having had a vehicle and tons of equipment stolen. One of our main windows was broken out so we decided to use a local company on our street. A fellow owner walked in on his cell phone while discussing insurance information with our office manager, so that we could start the replacment process for the glass. A man in the back came out and proceeded to tell him to read the sign outside and get off his phone. (This was not a polite exchange) Though I can understand such signage, I hope that I have a heart to understand people's hardships. Also to appreciate that someone sought out my business to use in such a situation.
