Covenant Cardiovascular Surgery

When I called here we had already seen two cardiologist's and one surgeon. And we still were confused and more than a little scared. The nurse, Vicki, took the time to talk with me several times before we ever became patients there. I say "we" because this office understands that if one family member is ill or in trouble it affects the entire family.



The doctor we saw, Dr. Springer, took his time explaining all of our options in plain language. He made prompt arrangements to see a cardiologist that same morning "himself" to save us both a trip (2 plus hours one way) and the added stress of waiting another few days as well.



His staff was polite & warm. They got us in on time, no long waits here. Everyone there was helpful and actually acted like they worked for us, and NOT like they were in a hurry to be somewhere else.
