The customer service is awful. They never answer the phone . Very unprofessional
I like it alot, thank you for this app it helps new out alot. I use it almost every day. I don't even use a regular phone book cuz I have this app.
05/11/2017 I am extremely upset with WTFC within these past few weeks as I have been sending emails through the customer service website requesting to reset my (online-bill pay) password with no responses to resolve the problem. I've been banking w/ wtfc for over 30 years and have been very pleased, up till now and have never experienced such disappointment. I can't believe the irresponsibility of upper management not responding to the care of their client. Why does it take weeks to respond to a simple email (multiple e-mails) totally rediculis.

When right after buying my new home I found out this Company had bought my mortgage and I read the bad reviews I got really worried. Now I was in a particular situation since my husband had just passed away, I thought we had an automatic debit from our bank account and... the November payment was never withdrawn!! I called to see what had happened. Kearned there was no direct oay set up. I was behind two months by then!! Penalty to be paid etc. I called and this lady Tiffany answered she was extremely understanding and pleasant!She immediately took out the almost $130.00 penalty and helped me set up my auto pay. I promised I would write about her here. She really deserves it. So I did. Great job Tiffany!
Being a loyal, perfect on-time loan customer means you never hear from the bank. They offered a month of no payments at Christmas for on-time customers. But they don't send out a notice to the customers. But be late on a payment.. You'll start receiving daily notices. Try proving you made a payment and being told you didn't and treated like a dirt bag. What happen to the customer is right and the bank made a mistake. Find another bank!!!
My experience with Primewest has been fantastic, great customer service and the management was very insightful.
it is easy to criticize a business when they do a bad job. most of us will rarely make an effort to compliment a good experience. I am taking this opportunity to praise Primewest Mortgage and my loan officer Gary Henry for their extra effort at getting me and my wife into our first home. when other mortgage companies told us we could not qualify Gary and Primewest found a way. Thank you Gary and PrimeWest.
Absolutely one of the worst places I have ever done business with. I have average credit just like most people and this place hasn't given me the light of day about a car loan or credit card. I don't expect special service by any means , but for a current customer with multiple accounts I expect to be treated by a loyal customer. I will be closing my accounts today and moving to American national bank who has financed me for over 6 car loans. The loan officer I try to do business with at WTFCU told me that he didn't make money of off credit cards and didn't care to steer me either way. I also had to call numerous times and after 3 days later he told me he couldn't help me , so I guess a courtesy phone call was out of the question.
Refinanced two years ago, loan was sold to these guys and it's been a nightmare ever since. Let's see I guess I'll start with the fact that they didn't pay my mortgage insurance out of my mortgage payments for months and I did not find this out until my insurance agent called me and asked if I wanted to add home owners insurance to our existing policy. Needless to say my jaw dropped when she had told me my HO policy had been cancelled for lack of payment and I had not had HOI for about 6 months. I immediately called CMS for an explanation and was transferred to the lady who was in charge of insurance named Corina who had as much knowledge as I did regarding the business. She proceeded to tell me that she just took over this department after whoever was in charge of it prior was let go ( sounded like she/he was fired for something inappropriate) possibly taking people's escrow money? Corina then proceeded to tell me that they put me on forced insurance (extremely expensive) and when asked why I was NEVER contacted by their company to tell me I was being placed on forced insurance I got no answer. After a month of haggling with these people I finally got that resolved with help from my insurance agent. No that's not the end. Since that time CMS has twice paid double payment to my insurance company so now instead of not paying they are overpaying which in turn causes me to get a check from my agent which I then have to send back to CMS to be credited back to my account. As if all of this stuff isn't enough it takes an act of god for someone to answer the phone at ANY extension and leaving a message is laughable, I have yet to receive a callback from anyone on any of the numerous issues I've had. I just had dumb luck twice and another time my insurance agent had to call them and demand that someone call back. I've had an escrow question that I've been trying to contact them for about a month now and have yet to receive ANY callback. Run Run Run from this company, it's so bad I would consider refi and paying a higher interest rate with another company just to leave these hacks!
