The coke color came up, but, not the syrup, or sugar. It just matted down in that place. So, I called our salesman, and guess what, not his problem ! He gave me a number to call, they gave me a number to call, then I was told it would cost $2.00 per mile, plus $65.00 for the spot. We live 120 miles from the closest company approved. Then I was told that we HAD to have the carpets cleaned every year for the warranty to be good, well news to me ! Plus our old carpet had a seam that showed and we asked about if the new carpet would, he told us no, they would make sure and lay the carpet where it wouldn't, well, it does ! Now we know not to go back there where they do not stand behind the expensive carpet they sale !
Keith was prompt, courteous, efficient and knew exactly what the problem was with my brakes and how to fix it. Within 5 minutes of diagnosing the problem he gave me a quote on parts and labor. **Delete if not allowed *** I responded to a Groupon advertisement for an oil change and took my 2012 Nissan Maxima to Certified Online Auto located at 1314 FM 1585 Lubbock, TX 79423 on 10/20/17. I started having issues with the vehicle week of 11/20/17 and thus, called a mobile ASE Certified mechanic. The vehicle was inspected, the mechanic took video and pics showing that the oil filter was not properly installed causing the vehicle to leak oil within the inner components of which ultimately damaged the engine. It was confirmed the leak originated from the oil filter. On the first business day following the diagnosis, I contacted Certified Online Auto's shop manager who refused to tow vehicle to his shop to address the workmanship issue, refused to provide information for his insurer, and furthermore, suggested the vehicle could have had a prior oil leak. Our vehicle definitely did not have any prior issues and had his shop noticed oil leaking during oil change it is feasible to assume they would have mentioned it. We are looking for this shop to take accountability for the workmanship issues and indemnify us back to our original position by repairing the issues they caused. We are now OUT of transportation completely due to this shops negligence and unwillingness to fix an issue they caused . Please be aware !
