The doctors are nice but the office stinks. They forgot to send prescriptions to the pharmacy at least 3 times, made me go to the lab multiple times because they forgot to order the right labs, and scheduled me to come to the office when the building was still locked. Once I called thinking i was having preterm labor and was transferred to a nurse's voicemail and she never called back. I ended up transferring my pregnancy care in the 8th month because a heart defect was found on the sono. When i called the office to notify them of this, twice, both phone attendants didn't care and never bothered to tell the doctors.
Acct. number 1441704Customer service representative @ number 214-828-5695(Asian accent) is rude and not helpful. Also refused me the opportunity to speak to a supervisor. A representative name Cindy, a clerk was given my call instead of a supervisor a bit more helpful but just as rude and also refusing me the opportunity to speak to supervisor. I find it had to believe that the entire customer service department operates without a supervisor. They knew they were being rude and didn't want me to file a complaint.
Although they did attended me quickly, as they did also in discharge from a pain in my kidney and got out with just pain killers 2 weeks strong and the pain still there
CIP PARKING RIPS OFF HANDICAPPED! This bldg. has MANDATORY valet, but handicapped is supposed to be free. CIP deliberately provides inadequate facilities (6-8 spots for entire medical tower) which will all be full, then forces handicapped to pay for valet. Very shady.
Have not had a great experience here. I have been twice, most recently for a severe cold. Dr. Luong was very hurried and unprofessional with me, cursing at least three times during my visit with him. Upon looking at my ears, he said they needed to be cleaned and proceeded to jab a plastic instrument in my ear. When I told him it hurt, he just kept telling me not to move even though I wasn't moving. Two days later, I am still sick and now going to see a different doctor as my symptoms are worse and my ear is now hurting. I will not be returning to Doctors Express.
I experienced torture of the highest caliber here at the hands of those in charge . I saw and experienced such violations of human rights and dignity. I was physically,mentall,and some would say sexually tortured and humilated here and i am seeking legal representation. I will gladly provide a more detailed account of my real life horror story here
I went to this clinic this morning with a really bad urinary tract infection. I hadnt slept in almost two days and there was blood in my urine, I was in so much pain I could barely walk. I arrive at the clinic at 8 am. The front desk staff and triage were very nice...but the doctor was incredibly rude. She came in...glanced at my chart and urine test..gave me a quick "physical exam" which involved improper auscultation and palpation techniques...like she didnt even know what she was doing. Then she muttered a couple of words about what script she was going to write. .not really bothering to address any questions I had. When I asked for something for pain she kind of just rolled her eyes at me and said she would only give me ibuprofen. .even though my bladder was inflamed and I was having bloody urine. After my appt I went to Care Now (which is where I should have gone in the first place) and they took very good care of me and gave me something to help with the unbearable pain so I could sleep.Long story short just don't come here if you expect to be treated like a real human being.
OK i went to him once and he was very nice, nothing bad happened @ all!! He was very nice!!
