I honestly love everyone who works at this store! Doug,Jaimie,and Ricardo are always so helpful, and do whatever it is I need done immediately! Weather its technical, or replacement phones,or early upgrades,they are my go to Sprint store!!! Seriously love ya'll!!!! Also ya'll have been amazing with my two young teen girls,who both love all of you! Thank you for all your help whenever I need it,no matter what it is!!!! Susan B.
Wretched customer service! I only had my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 for approximately a week and the stylus was stuck in the phone (I put the stylus in the correct way). After speaking with a rude manager, I was told to be there by 6:30, as they closed at 7. I arrived at 6:17 to find the manager had left. There was only 1 service rep there and she told me she could not assist me until after 7 at which time she would be done with a customer. This rep told me that she could not by policy just provide me with another phone as it was damaged (by no fault of my own) and would have to order another. This meant another 30 minute trip to pick up the new one. She then said she was unable to open a ticket for a new phone. I said to her, "So since you cannot open a ticket then I have to just keep the broken phone and will not get another one?" She said, "Yes." I told her she must be crazy. I told her I had spoken to Sprint customer relations while waiting for you and was told to tell you that I am to be given a new phone as I just purchased this phone and it is a manufacturing defect. The customer service rep said she would not do this. The rep contacted her regional manager who told her that she would have to attempt to remove the stylus and if the stylus was able to be removed, she would give me back the same phone. I had Sprint customer service on the line during this and even the customer service rep stated this was absurd, as I had just purchased the phone and even if the stylus were removed...it certainly had the potential to become stuck again. In the end the service rep said she did not have time to try to remove the stylus and would just give me a new one. The rep said I was, "lucky" she did not have the time to remove the stylus and was providing me with a new phone. The customer service provided was ludicrous and poor...from the manager who left early and was rude from the start, to the regional manager who refused to stand behind the product they sold me, to the customer service representative who told me I must keep the old phone because she could not open a ticket...and telling me how "lucky" I was that she was giving me a new phone. Unprofessional, bordering on ignorance, poorly run store. If you can, purchase your device somewhere else.
