Primera Clase Taxi

I feel anyone calling this company should be aware of my experience.I called this company and their dispatcher didn't speak english and after 5 minutes of trying to explain i was which should seem easy since i was in the city that their company is based in at the double tree hotel it seems unrealistic that someone who is answering the phone as a dispatcher can't understand the hotel name.i realise in lowell english may be a 2nd or 3rd language but in their line of work taking in calls from people who are in need of transportantion i wouldn't expect to hear the front desk counter person at the hotel telling me she hears my complaint often when calling these people.
