This attorney has maliciously created a smear campaign against my family including my 2 children. She recklessly published my personal address, phone number etc on social media in a effort to ensue others to harass me and my daughter's. I had reached out to her privately to act appropriately due to the sensitive nature of the matter and with children being involved, she came after my family more fiercely. She pretended to have inside information due to her attorney status and repeatedly posted untruths and slander publicly. This women is a bully and has not a shred of human decency for publicly trying cases on social media without a shred of facts, pure conjecture and drama. Please refrain from hiring this attorney unless you wish to be a victim. Of her abusive ways.

If I could give her no stars I would. The stress and aggravation this "attorney" caused my husband and I is insurmountable. Her rude and obnoxious comments and unreliable handlings of our closing disgusts me. Not only was she unprofessional but her lack of intelligence of real estate law made her relatively useless in the process. She used bullying tactics that almost cost us our buyers and losing the house of our dreams. And may well have broken the law in her inability to wire funds in a timely fashion, will find out when I report her to the bar. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this excuse for an attorney, she may well have gotten her degree out of a bubble gum machine.

As a Realtor, I'm often called upon to solve last minute crises just before a sale is closed. I was trying to coordinate with a title company regarding how money was to be delivered to closing from a family moving over 2000 miles to NH. The day before the closing I was told that there would be a week's delay to allow the funds to clear. I called Christa Emerson to ask for help, and she told me to have them send the file over to her. She had everything ready to close the very next day! Both parties were grateful, and I was very impressed with her speed and the warmth with which she handled the situation. I will definitely use her again!
