I have to agree with the two previous reviews! This agency lacks humanity but professionalism! This office is the worst as far as my case worker goes when it comes to respect, poor attitude, and what appears to be favoritism towards the NCP. I have had to meet with the supervisor twice due to the disrespectful attitude and the lack of doing her job! Its really unfortunate that an office that is in place to help people seems to have a chip on their shoulder and does everything but! Either the workers are burned out and underpaid and need to go elsewhere to where they are happy or just get a new job anyways b/c this office is getting a bad rap for good reasons!

I understand that the primary job of this enforcement agency is to collect; however after settling my obligation to my child. I felt that the case worker and paralegal lacked humanity because of the hatered embroided in the hearts toward the non-custodial. This is not about gender nor delinquency but ethics which I feel strongly that this agency morally lacks. Lowell Child Support Agency has lost sight of their agenda and instead is focused on revenge!

i was cheated by this office out of about 3000. the worker failed to go by most RECENT court order, and YES i can prove this so its ok to WRITE it, its very upsetting to pay a lawyer, a lot of money for paper work, and then have the office here, change it, and not even go by IT, and all they did is say mistakes happen, GIVE ME A BREAK i waited for years and years, and my kids had to share a bed rooms, and he never payed, and then when he could this office screwed me out of it, READ THE PAPERS FIRST correctly it affects us all

when all hope was lost and almost 12 years of NO support, lowell child support enforcement found my son's biological father!! Now we will get the support we deserve and my son will also have an opportunity to meet his father most of all!!!
