We had them do some work for us in July of this year 2016 and when we purchased there service we were told and we have it in writing that there was a 10 year guarantee against cracking,and that we would get 2 coats of of sealer put on.After about 3 weeks I called craig the owner and installer told him there were some cracks that needed to be fixed and second coat of sealer needed to be applied he showed up as planned on 8-29-16 power washed everything and said the he would be back the 30th and he was.My wife pointed out a couple places that still need to be power washed better so he didnt seal the dirt in and Craig stated swearing at her said he wasnt being paid for this although he was already paid in full got in his truck and left havent heard from him since and he wont return calls
