I waited around all day Friday just to find out after the time it was supposed to be delivered that it was delayed until Monday....between 9:15 and 1:15....waited and 1:15 came and went....still nothing....glad I don't have a job or anything, oh wait....I do....these guys suck!
Customers should be aware that this store charges an extra $1.20 for a book of 20 stamps and is not upfront about this exorbitant surcharge. When I questioned the price I was told "this is how much a book of stamps costs."
UPS has been playing a game with my address for about 5 years. Sometimes they deliver to a farm some 150 miles away but with a similar name, but mostly they do not attempt to deliver to my door at all, and instead hold the pkg at the 'customer care center' that is open weekday afternoons only. Also they claim to have notified me of this, but they in fact never do. I just really hate UPS and will celebrate when someone --anyone-- puts them and their lame excuse for customer service out of business. I used to redirect pkgs to a UPS Store that has better hours, but for the past few weeks UPS has been charging me $5 to do so (I really love paying twice for shipping, how about you?) One thing that has worked fairly well (not perfectly) is to have UPS ship to my PO box. This isn't perfect because the shipper has to have that sort of acct for it to work, and it does add at least one extra day to shipping, but ... heh: like I said: can someone PUHleese put UPS out of their misery? Thank you.
I live in WA, my mom in Loveland. I call and give them a price and it is always beautiful. They have handled flowers for our family for years. In fact...my dads funeral was made more beautiful from Rowes! I never regret calling them and I recommend them to EVERYONE!!!! I tried an on-line floral service and regretted it. I went right back to Rowes and will never go anywhere else!!!
