Enjoyed a very tasty chicken burrito and my son enjoyed his chicken quesadilla. I am more a Qdoba regular, so I was surprised when I got my bill and saw $1.25 for putting a little queso on my burrito. Qdoba doesn't charge for it.
Revising my previous 4-star review. My lunch visit on 2018-02-14 was one of the worst I have ever had to any restaurant. No customer got their food sooner than 15 minutes after ordering. But after 25 minutes, several numbers after mine had been called, so I went and asked the manager about my order. She said "this one's yours". It wasn't my number, my items, or even the right number of items. After I told her it wasn't mine, she asked for my receipt, and it became clear they had lost my order. They made my order then, but not so much as a "sorry about that" from the manager.I always eat tacos first because you don't want them soggy. Well, it was broken into such small pieces that there was nothing I could pick up. So, I went and asked if they could make me another. The girl who made it says, "It wasn't like that when I put it in the bag." I had smashed my own taco at the table so that I could wait another ten minutes to get an identical taco?!?!After all of this they could easily have won me back with an apology and maybe some free food on a future visit. At no time was I anything but polite, but I can vote with my wallet. Mine will not be opened again at this location.
Definite management problem here. I go in, there's a guy in front of me who is waiting to get his incorrect drive-thru order fixed, and we both wait several minutes before anyone offers to help us. I go home and tell my wife that I ate at the new Taco Bell, and she says "that's the one where I waited a LONG time before anyone would help me". Reading other reviews, I see this is normal at this location. On the other hand, I still like their food, it's still cheap, and they have USB power ports near many of the tables so you can recharge your device. Great idea!
This is a good location, very typical of the chain. Great chicken nuggets, great chicken sandwiches, and great chocolate milkshakes. We visit often. Sometimes the floors are greasy; at times it has been absurdly so, but not recently. Wish they were open Sundays!
Based on taste, my wife and I would both take a McDonald's iced coffee with caramel over the Starbucks equivalent. Factor in price, and it's a slam-dunk.
The floor automatically walking in were sticky, my shoes literally were sticking. The food was WAY to spicy, undercooked and simply RAW. I was disgusted by the food and the way I was treated. I DO NOT recommend eating here.
They put katsup on fish sandwiches. I complained. Cant wait another 15 min fir a remake. Burger was cold. Didnt seem cooked
I had an interaction with a male employee at the Loveland, Colorado Burger KING at around 1:30 am Mountain Time. His name was Clay, and refused to help when our order was not correct. Very unfriendly, rude, snobby and an absolute DICK. I will not ever eat at this restaurant until that employee is terminated. Food was not even cooked all the way through! DISGUSTING AND APPALLING. I will write negative reviews on every website possible until order is placed, and action is taken in this specific location. Not the first time my order has been messed up, or I was secretly charged without ordering specific items. People here do not want to be working or don't care about customers. I work in retail and this is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE
Terrible service several times. Staff is not properly trained to take and fill orders. My orders are always missing something or they give me the wrong order.
Me and my family visited this Taco Bell tonight for dinner. We did not have a good experience. Most of their drinks we out of carbonation, they were out of ice, even the drinks that were somewhat stand-able we warm. We got our food on soaking wet trays. This made out tacos soggy. The lobby was very messy and you could see that the kitchen was even worse,
