Ultrasound services are used by our physicians in performing evaluations and injections of different muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints.Â This allows for real-time diagnosis and treatment.Â Ultrasound services are performed the same day during scheduled appointments.
MRI
OCRâ€™s imaging services provide the highest quality diagnostic images for our patients. All of our imaging facilities are located throughout Northern Colorado, bringing our patients the utmost convenience. MRI services are provided at our Fort Collins, Longmont, and Loveland clinics. Additionally, our digital X-ray locations include our Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Longmont, Lafayette, and Westminster (coming summer 2021) offices.
Radiology
Our imaging departments have proudly joined the national Image Wisely Campaign and pledged to take the highest quality images for our patients and physicians while using the least possible amount of exposure. The campaign is sponsored in a part by the American College of Radiology, Radiological Society of North America, American Society of Radiological Technologists, and American Association of Physicists in Medicine.

General Surgery
Surgical services range from arthroscopic surgery for outpatients, to more involved joint replacement andÂ spine surgeries that require an overnight stay in a comfortable, private room in the Recovery Center.
Orthopedics
Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies (OCR) and Front Range Orthopedics & Spine (FROC) merged into one entity under the OCR name as of January 1, 2021. This partnership forms the largest privately owned fully vertically integrated orthopaedic and spine medical group in Colorado, and one of the largest in the U.S.
Sciatica
Â€œI live in Cheyenne but have always gone to the Orthopedic Center of the Rockies in Fort Collins for my surgeries. I saw Dr. Benz for a bulge that was causing severe sciatica. Dr. Robert Benz is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in spine surgery for the care of people who have back or neck injuries and conditions. Minimally Invasive Surgery
To provide our patients with comprehensive spine care, from surgery to conservative treatment, including the latest techniques in minimally invasive surgery and artificial disc replacements for the neck and low back (lumbar).
Ankle Surgery
Our doctors focus on practicing in their particular specialty within orthopaedics. So if you have a hand injury, you’ll see a hand surgeon. If you need foot-ankle surgery, you will consult with a foot-ankle surgical specialist, for instance. We have surgeons and non-surgeon specialists in all the major orthopaedic disciplines.
Joint Replacement
In the 1970s, the physicians pioneered and supported such advances as open-operative and internal-fixative devices for trauma and fracture surgery, clean-air operating rooms with laminar-flow equipment for joint replacement operations at PVH, and arthroscopic surgery, using a surgical scope and small incisions to operate on damaged joints, such as the knee and shoulder. All these advances made the quality of surgery and patients’ recoveries markedly better.
Hand Surgery
Dr. Satoru Chamberlain is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in hand surgery and in the care of people who have hand, finger, wrist, arm, elbow, or shoulder injuries and conditions.
Orthopedic Surgery

Arthroscopy
Besides his Board Certification and Colorado Medical License, Dr. Bishop held the office of Vice President of the Perioperative Service Line and was an active member on various Orthopaedic and Perioperative committees at the University of Colorado Health. During Bishop’s Fellowship, he provided care for the Boston Celtics. He has presented at various conferences in the fields of healthcare, anesthesiology, and orthopaedics and has a handful of publications surrounding his orthopaedic specialties. He is currently a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery, the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, the Arthroscopy Association of North America, and the International Congress for Joint Replacement.
Hip Replacement
