Horrible and unprofessional customer service! We have been dealing with them for over a month to find out why they withheld certain monies from our security deposit. We have called and emailed them multiple times and are continuously ignored! We were perfect tenants; we didn't cause any issues, always paid our rent on time, and left the home in the same condition we rented it in (with the exception of normal wear and tear and a few carpet stains that we agree we are responsible for). Do not rent from them if you expect to get your deposit back! They will charge you for things and then refuse to show why they charged you for it!
RENTER BEWARE! You will not get any of your security deposit back. They will give you a dirty house that you pay 1200 dollars a month on and if you have a work order request you will just have to fix it yourself.
Rocky Mountain Property Management is a complete JOKE! I have never dealt with a company that is so completely unprofessional and rude, they won't listen to a word you are saying and treat residents like they are trash. They charge for repairs that are NEVER done, double bill for utilities that are already paid directly. DO NOT RENT A PROPERTY THROUGH THIS COMPANY
Rocky Mountain Property Management is the absolute worst organization I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. I do not recall ever having to deal with a company that has been so unprofessional, so unresponsive, and so difficult to deal with. Every time I have a conversation about the fact that RMPM is managing the rental house I am in, I get the same response from everyone, and that is the fact that RMPM has the worst reputation as a property management company, not only with tenants, but with vendors and businesses throughout this area. It appears RMPM is not concerned with their bad reputation, nor do they have any desire to improve it. Everyone I have spoken to about this company which includes vendors and businesses that have been associated with them, has cleared stated what a horrible company RMPM is in all manner of aspects. I do not understand how any property owner would allow this company to manage their property. RMPM does not follow through on getting any repairs completed in a timely manner, if they ever get around to getting the repairs done at all, and then they try to charge repairs back to the resident. There is absolutely NO excuse for how residents are treated by this company. Everything about this company is unacceptable and unprofessional!
Basically girlfriend and I are both relocating to colorado from Illinois to work with State Farm. Sent in an application for a place we liked that we both gave $35 each for and after finally being told we were accepted to rent we told them our interest via 2 emails, 3 voicemails, and many unanswered calls they still havent gotten back to us. Its been well over a week and they still havent gotten back to us. They basically stole $70 and cant even give us the time of day for a phone call. Even after we were interested in another place. I cant believe how crappy this place is and the way they treat people.
Stacie Rivers/owner is a NIGHTMARE to work with! She does NOT listen well at all and her communication skills are comparable to a toddler!! To save yourself from a headache do NOT go with Turbo Property Management at all! Find someone who is capable to being a mature adult to help you with renting whether it is as a renter or homeowner!
Stacie Rivers, the 'owner' of Turbo Property Management, is not an educated professional. She lacks skills related to dealing with money, is highly unprofessional and inappropriate, and has zero skills related to real estate. If you are looking to either rent a property or are homeowner looking for management services, I would highly recommend finding an actual management business that have been in real estate for years and have an educated staff of professionals.
Horrible management. Never see the property manager until move out time in which she lies and threatens the tenants about damages etc. Does not know who to do her job properly and continually violates the lease while throwing fits to tenants. Stay away.
If I could give zero stars I would. Please do not trust them. The communication is lacking and when a mistake is made on their side, it is always charged to the client. For instance, I wanted to add a dog to my lease. I called and emailed to verify that the pet deposit was $200. I have an email in writing that this is the case. 3 months after I got the dog and fell in love, they called to tell me they quoted me wrong and I had to pay an additional $300 deposit or get rid of the dog. Then we got notice that my rent was late. We have proof that it was given on time. As a courtesy (keep in mind I was not late and have a time date stamped photo to prove this) they removed the late fee but are still charging $25 for them having to contact me. They will say they notify you when they do not and they never answer emails or phone calls. The last thing that really sent me in search of sending out a warning is that we had our heat go out twice this winter. We called the 24 hour emergency help and 3 days later they had someone come fix it. I had closed off all rooms in the house and had space heaters and the oven running non stop to allow the kids and I some comfort. We called 4 times one day to finally get someone to help with the heat.DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO BE GOOD LANDLORDS!
Worst place EVER to have manage your property!!! It took them a week to get the contract to us, another week to put up a sign on our property and the sign didn't even say For Rent, and their fees are outrageous. Our property sat for over a month and they still did not get it rented!!! We pulled out of our contract, with a hefty fee, and had 10 phone calls within 3 hours of posting it on Craigslist. We had our property rented that night! We have no idea what RMPM was doing for that entire month. They wasted our time and our money! Worst experience of our lives. Have not heard one good thing about them. Now we know why.
