Worst customer service ever, or the more accurate statement would be "there is no customer service". If your website is hosted by this company, expect it to be offline most of the time and don't expect any support from these guys, because they just will not respond to any of your attempts to contact them - all your support tickets, emails and voice messages will be simply ignored.We have been hosting our website with them for about 2 years now, which was a big mistake, and we are fed up! They are loosing us as a customer!
DO NOT USE THEM!!! I have been trynig to cancel our account with them thru phone and only got thru one time and they were very rude and hung up on me. I tried thru support tickets only to have them deleted or closed. They keep trying to bill me but fortunately my credit card is expired. I have read on other reviews that people have tried to cancel their account only to be ignored and have their credit card used by edthosting for payment. i would give zero stars if i could.
Most terrible customer service ever!As a paying customer having an issue with my website I have submitted support tickets that have not been even looked at for days at the time, then realizing that my support tickets are not even being reviewed I tried calling them and getting no answer... But one time when I actually got lucky and someone answered the phone there was no "hello, thank you for calling" or anything, the guy listen to my problem silently and then said that they would look into it... and again there was no "thank you, have a nice day", he just hung up... Needless to say that our website problem was not taken care of... I am switching to another hosting company.If you value your website or your time if there is a problem with your site, do yourself a favor - stay away form EDTHosting.com
