Went in for a pedicure and was asked if I wanted the "Deluxe" pedicure which is not listed on the menu, so I asked what the difference was and was told $35. Since English is not their thing, I decided not to try and explain that I meant what more does it include, and went ahead and agreed to the deluxe b/c I was treating myself. The water was not hot enough, when he sanded my nails with the rotary tool, he also sanded my toe, cut my pinky toe when he was trimming my cuticles and painted over some existing nail polish he couldn't sand off which you can vaguely see under the new. One of the ladies there was talking so loud and so fast the whole time I was there, that I could barely hear myself think!!! This was by far the worst experience I have had in a salon before, and I have been here. I don't feel like I got $12 more pedicure than I would have with the Spa Pedicure, and my toe hurts! For $35, I could have gotten a mani/pedi!

They are so concerned about getting to the next customer that they rush through the service, and in the process are VERY rough. It should not hurt to have a manicure. The next day one of my finger tips was very sore and I noticed that I had 2 cuts next to my nail! No wonder the filing hurt. She was filing my finger! The thought of returning there makes me cringe. Will go to a real salon next time.

I have been going to this salon for several years. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Their quality of work is excellent. They take pride in the work they do. The selection of colors they stock is awesome!I recommend you visit this salon and get a manicure, pedicure or both!

Went to Sea Nails for the first time. Me, my 8 year old Bryn and my ML Patty. Walked in & asked for 2 basic pedicures1 child pedi& 2 full sets. Total comes to 131 & Patty (ML) pays cash. We go back & sit in the chairs, they ask what colors. We all say white tips Ok thats a 5 upcharge.no big deal. About 15 mins into my pedicure which we were getting from the young kids that did great however, Im sure theyre not licensed the 2 women come over rushing them. When they didnt hurry our pedicures along the women come over to both me and my mother in law and started sanding our nail beds and applying our nails all while our pedicure was going on. The lady tells the girl to stop my toe tips &guided me to the table to finish my nails.My toes were not even finished yet. The lady literally did my full set in 10mins not worried about how rough she was being. She finishes put me under the fan & moves to the lady next to me. I had to remind her about my toes needing to be finished. I can't tell my ML"S side but it was similar. I do know her nail tech didn't tell her to go wash her hands before applying the clear coats. the lady avoided my motber in law when she asked for them to be shorter. My mother in laws French tips on her big toe was not complete &looked like crap as was my daughters big toe. Under my nails werent shaved down & extremely jagged. I get up to leave the lady runs out the door & tells me I owe her another 33 dollars. I knew I was to pay the 5 per person for tipsbut I didn't see how it came to 33 dollars more until the lady tells me 10 was for the 4 microscopic flowers they asked Bryn if she wanted. That's right they asked the 8 year old! What 8 year old wouldn't want flowers?! Patty asks for a receipt they tell her they don't give receipts for cash. I told them seriously they are supposed to supply receipts for tax & audit reasons. The lady then starts to write the charges on a easy cash pawnshop post it.We were extremely rushed and didnt get to enjoy our pedis.
This is a perfect place for nails and iPhone repair. So convenient for those have broken iPhone and want a good pedicure. Super nice staff.
It was a sunny day and a good day for pedicure. I took my mom to Nobu Nail Bar and we had a good time. I am very sacrificed with their service. My feet look so pretty and so relaxe
If I could give them no stars, I definitely would! My wife and mother-in-law wanted to get pedicures today. My mother-in-law is disabled and has to use a wheelchair, but is able to transition to and from the pedicure chairs. Well when we arrived the lady who came to "greet" us asked if she could help us and my wife said they wanted to get pedicures. She didn't even hesitate before she said they couldn't do it! Then a guy walked up and she said something to him in whatever language, I really don't care what it was, and then looked at my wife and told her they could do her but they won't do my mother-in-law! My wife very politely told them that they would go elsewhere! As we were walking away the guy was talking to multiple of the other ladies and all of them were giving my mother-in-law very dirty looks. I have NEVER seen this of blatant disregard for someone's disability and unprofessionalism! We will NEVER come back to this location EVER again! I pray that neither they nor any of their family members ever become disabled and end up having the same kind of treatment that they have given my family!
