Came in for an oil change, needing quick service before traveling and was taken care of Fast and professionally. The guys were knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions and even knew how to turn off my engine light! It had been on for months and several other places couldn't figure it out, all it was is a cracked hose on the intake! They replaced the hose and it fixed my high idle and engine light! And still finished my service in 15 minutes! Thank you guys for taking care of me, will be returning!

I have been doing business with dale and Jessie cunduff at fast lane for almost ten years. These guys are nascar level technicians and have always done first class work. They have serviced and maintained my Chevy van, Ford Focus, Mercedes 500, my Toyota Prius. I am a u haul dealer and have referred a lot of my customers to these guys when they had some issue with trucks wiring harness when they tried to rent a trailer from us. Very happy with any work they have done for me and everyone I have sent to them have told me they were helpful and offered good service. In summary when your car needs help go see the real car guys at fast lane.
This shop caused an issue with my car that busted my rear main oil seal. I was told they filed a claim, then when they said insurance company wasn't paying they wouldn't give me a claim # or phone #. So they told me the name of the insurance company, I contacted the insurance company and they stated they have no business insurance through them. Then when I confronted them they yelled at me for calling their insurance company. I gave them 2 business days to file a legitimate claim, I was told he would call me back. He called me back today with some guy named Joe's phone #, it was the guy's uncle and he proceeds to tell me he owns a shop just like this and there's no way they could've caused these issues, I said ok then let the insurance company decide and file the claim. They refuse to work with me and will now not answer my phone calls. The damage they did cost me almost $1000 and it was on vacation when it happened. We had been traveling. This was a huge inconvenience. I have filed a claim through the BBB and I am taking them to small claims court! DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE! They do not have business insurance from what I can tell.
Well, they did put in some new oil, so they get a star for that. They put air in the tires and washer fluid in the reservoir. Star for that. They didn't check the air filter, but said they did. Didn't check the power steering fluid, but said it was full. Didn't check the antifreeze, but said it was good to -34.Oh, and they put the old oil filter back on the engine. Second time they've done that in two years.No idea if they checked the serpentine or did any of the lube or checked the transfer fluid like the paper said they did.Will never be back. Ever. Except maybe to let them fix it, but maybe not even then.
I had my first experience with Tire Discounters today. It was a great experience. I was treated very good. They found a problem that had occurred at another auto repair shop and corrected the issue at no charge. They also performed some other maintenance that I requested and there prices were very good. I am disabled due to cancer and was a manager in the auto repair business for many years. So I speak as an expert. They were very knowledgeable and treated me with respect. I concur with the review from 2014. Maybe things have changed since the 2013 review. I spoke with someone on the phone here when I was in route. He went on and on about how they were cheaper than Valvoline Instant Oil Change and Express carried the top 3 Coolants for my flush-n-fill. I would have to arrive before 6. There was bad lighting on the lot and Poplar Level is a busy street. When I found the correct driveway and pulled in at 5:53 on Friday November 14, 2014, the interior lights were completely lit. Two smaller guys pointed my car out to the heavyset guy behind the register. He told them to cut the open sign off, and to cut out the lights in the bay area, with me sitting at the door, lights on waiting to be seen. I went to the Taylorsville Road VIOC at about 6:15 and got superb service. I would not recommend an Express location because they run down the VIOC company stores and treated me rudely as a customer. I'm sticking to VIOC. One star only because ZERO was not available.
Stick to Valvoline Instant Oil instead of this place...service is not nearly as professional. Got the full service oil change and they couldn't even focus long enough to fill all 4 of my tires--came home with one at 20 psi and I don't even think they checked my fluids. The guy also made a "damn Nissans" comment as he struggled to get the oil stick out...losers
I took my vehicle there a few weeks ago. I had a low tire pressure light come on. I brought it by to check it out. I asked them to check all the tire pressures. They said there was nothing wrong with my tires and said it was a false warning. A few days later, the light came back on. This time I noticed which tire was low. It was 30 PSI lower than recommended. I took it to my dealership, and they found a 2-1/2" nail in it, patched it and was on my way. If a tire dealer won't do what they can to fix such a simple problem, why would I trust them for brakes or tires? I won't be back. They should focus more on doing a good job and less time trying to find witty sayings to post on their billboard.
Originally thought it was a Valvoline Instant Oil Change and to my surprise it was not. They treated me better than I have ever been treated at ANY instant oil change service center, and the work was cheaper in the long run too! From here on out, this is DEFINITELY my oil change facility of choice. Only go here if you want Knowledgeable, friendly, and honest people to change your oil.
