BG H-D recently got a new owner, and I can say that the place is awesome now. Huge support for 3rd part after market stuff, they really work with customers, and a nice clean modern yet classic place. I bought a bike from them and they have been great. Mike in parts has been able to get me anything I wanted to customize my bike with, usually within a few days, and the service guys really seem spot on, helpful and really seem to know the bikes. Overall it has been a great ride with them so far.
Great service, friendly, helpful, and fun guys to talk to. Parts and accessories with prices that leave you with money to buy beer. Thanks Danny and Jake !

This place is awesome! They are very knowledgable, kind, and love what they do. They work on my Harley and I couldn't be happier! Very fair prices too
The service is great. They really do know what they are doing. I have never been to a motorcycle shop that will work as hard as they do to make sure things are completed right and at a very fair cost. I will send anybody I know to this shop. Exceptionally great work.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The staff here is awesome. Helped me Find an awesome leather jacket! Stayed with me with helpful advice. The store is beautiful. New place, right off the road. I didn't know it was here...definitely will return. They had larger selection than my home base dealer. Thanks again... A pleasant transaction.Love my new jacket!
Do not take your scooter anywhere else ! I took my 50 cc supra in a few weeks ago to get repaired. I was very happy with the price , however when I got a mile down bardstown rd , and my scooter wouldn't start again. Thinking I had been ripped off I called the store and explained the problem. Rick , the store manager, then drove to where i was stranded to take a look, Upon further inspection, Rick discovered that the spark plug had come loose An easy fix which only took minutes at no cost, I was amazed at the level of customer appreciation. Not only did Rick go well out of his way , but it was on a Friday after store hours and well over 100 degrees in mid July. NULU scooters Rocks!!
Just bought a Cali Classic scooter from Rick. Went to all the scooter/moped/motorcycle shops in Louisville for several weeks talking to people. Rick took time to tell me about the scooters he sold and where to get more info about them if I wanted it. He knows scooters which is something I can't say about many of the other people I talked to in shops I visited. I ended up with a bike that fits me and my style. In shopping around I spoke with Rick and his dad at Nulu Scooters about bikes. Actually bought a bike his dad had ridden a few times. It had 40 "test" miles on it when I got it. After two weeks of riding, I figure I'll pay for the bike in gas savings in a little over a year. Get a scooter from Rick and crew. I never met anyone at Nulu who didn't know about scooters.
