Horrible!! do not go to these people, it will be a huge mistake. The loan officer will lie about costs to you and you have a surprise at closing and then get yelled at like a second class citizen when you question it!!!don't make the mistake we made!!
Highly recommend Steve Chadwick of First Community Mortgage to help anyone through the mortgage loan process. He made it quick and easy. It was a very stress-free process. Nothing like what I expected!
If anyone is interested in refinancing right now I had an incredible experience with Barb Jeffries at First Community Mortgage! She is fantastic to work with and made it very easy!!! Colleen W. Submitted By Stephen C.

Not only did I love working with Quin and team, but the real estate attorney made a point of emailing me to say how refreshing it was to work with such diligent mortgage experts who were always in a great mood and happy to help!- Susannah S., Louisville, KY
I am a real estate agent here in Louisville and David Setters at First Fidelity Mortgage has helped several clients of mine obtain financing for their new homes. He is attentive and responsive and always happy to address my client's questions and concerns. David gets the financing arranged quickly allowing most closings to take place in 3 to 4 weeks. He has even managed to obtain loans for my clients who would have had difficulty qualifying for loans from other lending institutions. Thanks to David Setters for going the extra mile!
David Setters was our loan agent and we'd use him again. He was knowledgable, resourceful, and available. I highly recommend him!
They were very nice when I opened the account and to take my money. The free cookies in the lobbies were also a nice touch to lure me in. However, I noticed one day that there was a mysterious $5 charge on my statement. It was charged twice. I called them and they told me that it was a fee they suddenly started charging customers for paper statements, I don't why a paper statement would cost $5 each. I asked them to cancel it and they told me I had to go into the branch and fill out paperwork to get it electronically. Every other bank would just do that online. The lady also said that she would check with her manager to see about getting the 2 $5 fees waived. A couple days passed and I went to the branch, the fees weren't removed. I asked about the fee and was directed to a manager who informed me that the most she could remove would be one $5 fee. It wasn't worth my time so I closed my account, of course then the manager decided not to even credit back the one $5 fee she previously offered! This is a small local banking company, they should be able to waive ridiculous fees. Bottom Line, They scammed $10 from me, however I have 5 other bank account with large deposits and I will never ever use Commonwealth again. Their loss, enjoy my $10 make sure you don't use it all at one place.
I had the privilege of working with David Setters on a loan for a First Time Home buyer. He took the time to explain every option on rates and terms and kept him informed on every aspect. As the buyers real estate agent, David kept me informed as the loan progressed and went the extra mile to get it closed. I enjoyed working with David and would highly recommend him, P. Smith
