This is the worst service I've ever had. Mold in bathroom, broken toilet, non working lights, very poor service by the front desk when I asked about the issues (which they refused to fix except for the toilet which they did a half assed job on that). . I stay in appx 8-10 hotels a year due to either work or vacation and this is the first time in my life I will recommend that nobody go to this location. Ken

Bad, no communication between housekeeping, thou Jamie is a godsend that I ever even stayed longer. She has a lot of pride in what she does, along with her Co worker

Awful and dirty. Dishonest workers. Do not stay here. They overcharged me. Just a waste of money. Time warped motel.

no receipt provided on check out. lady at front desk at was rude on check in and the lady was rude on check out. this is America still you pay for something you get a receipt that it's paid in full. I will continue to post bad bad reviews about this location from here to Facebook, Twitter etc. never in my life have I been treated so bad. Had to ask for towels first pool hot tub broken not working just blocked off. free coffee but $2 for a stale day old donut. Your customer service sucks worse than the Detroit locations. this is why u have O ZERO REVIEWS. BAD BAD AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Reserved this hotel for the weekend. Specifically asked for room with a mini fridge & microwave. After check in they told us they would put one in our room since they were remodeling they weren't in there yet. No mini fridge or microwave was provided all weekend. The room was a nice size, but the sink had ants and we saw a large bug crawling down the door. Breakfast was ok not much assortment. Hotel is clean but there are some very questionable people hanging in the parking lot.

Once a tobacco warehouse this incredible property has been made over and is very high-end! Very nice! Very elegant! Only amenity lacked is a restaurant, but a restaurant will soon be added very close to the property. Gay owned and operated!

Only thing is wifi is slow here.. n I made reservations n they couldn't find me in the system! Hope I don't get charged twice!

Always enjoyed staying here! Home away from home! Stayed here many times over the last 8 years! Love it!

Do NOT stay @ this motel, I recently checked in there 4 days ago & was paying by the day, but when I went down to the front office today to pay for another day, an employee there by the name of Andy who stated he was the manager told me I had to check out, & that I couldn't pay for another day because he had made a reservation for another customer for the room that I was currently staying in & that I had been paying by the day to stay in, & so I was asked to leave & check out of the room. This was a great inconvenience to me, & I have never had this type of experience at any other hotel or motel that I have ever stayed in previously in past years. Furthermore, when I asked for the owner of the motel's contact #, this same said employee stated that he could not give out that information. This is very bad business practice, & there was no reason for this nor for me to be treated this way, & so I have also made a complaint & reported this employee & this motel to the BBB.

Was not bad til we found bed bugs then manager was anything but helpful if you are planning on staying here make sure to ask if it has been treated
