The lawn mower repair is not our fault if the part takes a while to get there. Other lawn repair companies usually have a month's waiting list. A week is considered extremely quick and rare. The male you spoke with will be reprimanded.

I took my lawnmower in to have a part fixed exactly one week ago today. My husband and myself both have called three times total to check on the status of it. I was told by the man at the front counter that "Well we haven't called you, so it must not be fixed yet." He was extremely rude and VERY unprofessional. I called again today, and he said they were still waiting on a part for the lawnmower ( mind you it's been a week) I told him that I was just going to come by later and pick it up and to not worry about them fixing it. He told me that he would have to charge me for the part, they didn't even authorize us to order the part or even call us to tell us what the problem was. No updates, nothing! The man was so rude, chomping his gum the entire time I was talking to him. I will NEVER go back to this place, or send anyone there to have anything fixed, or to rent their equipment.
I rented a stump grinder on 4.9.16.It did not work as described! It kept locking up on us.We called at 3:45 and spoke w/Ricky.He said they were getting ready to close & to do what we could & they would work with us when we returned it.Upon returning it we told Bobby about it.He took it to a stump out behind the store & tried using it and it locked up on him!He said that is how it should work.My fiance went to the counter & talked to Chris.Bobby told Chris it worked fine so Chris said no refund. It took 6 hrs to grind 3.5 stumps! We asked for a refund since the equipment did not operate like the video that they have on their website advertising their product.He refused. I asked to speak to the owners listed on their website, Daniel & Carolyn Smith,& Chris said they are retired & live out of state. He said he was in charge now.Chris even hung up on me.When I called back asking if we were disconnected or if he hung up he admitted he hung up saying, "he didn't have time to deal with this".
I have been dealing with Thomas Equipment for over 25 years and have had nothing but good experiences. Top notch staff. Makes me have to work though.
