I had a super bad experience with this store, and I don't know how to express how upset I'm.I came to the store on Saturday 3/16 around 4 PM to replace my cracked phone screen for my HTC M9. A lady told me is going to take her about an hour to fix it. I showed up a little before 6, but they were already closed. So I decided to show up the next day at 11 which is the opening time that posted on the door!I called their number and somebody called me back minutes later and told me he's gonna come soon to the store to give me my phone and he doesn't have much time because he needs to go to his son soccer's match.He showed up at 11:45 and never apologized for being late. The guy gave me my phone back and it was disassemble into so many parts. Apparently the lady didn't know how do it and he asked me to take it somewhere else because he has to leave for his son sport event. I told him I need my phone so bad since I'm about to leave to travel to Nashville and if you still you wanna give it back to me without fixing at least I need you to put it back together just like the way I gave it to in the first place. Then, he decided to replace the screen so fast. He put it back together, but I couldn't even start my phone because the power button won't work.When I asked him politely to fix that or at least turn it on, he kicked me out of his store and asked me to take it somewhere else. I have to mention that the guy never apologized for everything and he was rude and he made feel that is my fault to bring my phone to fix it on his store.Anyway, I took the phone to a different store later and apparently they broke the volume buttons, the power button and SD card tray. I had to spend money to fix the buttons and I wasn't able to fix the SD card anywhere else.
This place is a joke,,they broke my brake line,Then they Jerry rig it and charge me, They gave me a year warranty.Witch because they, Jerry rig it instead of fixing it the right way their responsible if I get in a wreck and someone gets hurt for as long as I own the car,,,PS,I went to Valentine to get my oil change.You should also..
I went to quick lane for their special,,,And found out real quick what kind of service they offer,,They use a lift to put my car in the air,,As they did that my brake line broke,,They made up all kinds of excuse,s how it was the car.. Though I knew better,,Then they Jerry rig it and charge me for the repair,,And gave me a year warranty,,But really there responsible as long as I own the car..My best bet for you,is stay away from them..
Honest people who do great work
I have used Probilt for all my vehicles for over 18 years. They are excellent mechanics! Reasonable costs. They are truthful about what needs to be repaired and if it is something minor. They don’t take advantage of you as some mechanics do. Free rides are offered to and from their shop. I highly recommend them!!
I'm really upset. I have gone here for over a year with two different cars for tires. Each time I tried to remove a tire on both cars a stud broke off. Last night 3 broke off at once after they put that tire on last week. So what should have been a $25 used tire fix ended up being a $100 tow, $50 stud fix, a trip to Indiana to a dealership that was the only place that sold the lug nuts I needed for $20 and a used tire for $35 anywhere else but here. They cross threaded each nut and put it on so tight it dug into the nut with the impact wrench messing my tire up completely on both cars. Go there to have them fix it and they say it can't be done without taking the hub off which turned out not to be true at all. Then while I was there the owner was there and he seen one of his employees doing it to someone else's car and had to tell him to stop. Go here if you want your tire messed up. If not drive 2 more min and spend 5 more dollars for discount tire and auto at 2550 w market. They've fixed everything this place has done fast, right and at a great price when these people wouldn't take responsibility for what they had done multiple times (it took me a minute to figure out there was a pattern) even when I said you guys had put the tire on They had no intention of taking responsibility. I won't EVER be going back. They might be good for a patch (but even the other place is faster and cheaper for that) but if you have to get a tire taken off and put back on avoid them like the plague because if they mess your car up they won't have any business etiquette and try to fix it so don't even try it. I'm livid. I was a loyal customer who came there often. Train your employees maybe?!
I've been to Heustis 3-4 times for oil changes and recently had new brakes put on the front. I originally took my car to Toyota for a recall issue and they did a "diagnostic" test while I was there. I was told I needed new brakes and they could take care of that while I was there for right under $800. I turned them down and went to Heustis for an oil change and asked them to check my brakes. I was told I would need new front brakes in about 3,000 miles and new brakes in the back in about 6,000 miles. My brakes did fine and when Heustis put my new brakes on, it cost less than Toyota was going to charge (of course). I have a good feeling about these folks and feel like they are honest and upfront. I would highly recommend this auto mechanic shop.
