This is ,for me, the nicest, cleanest, most efficient, and customer service aware Walmart Store I have been in. I have been to many many many Walmarts in my 50 years. I believe most people in the free world go to Walmart at least a couple times a week and thats not a lot to most. If I'm being honest ( and that's what this is supposed to be a honest review site) I am at one of the many Louisville Wally Worlds 2, maybe 3 times a week. I've been many more days on some bad weeks .This store is worth going a LITTLE out of the way for. It's not a GIGANTIC store, which personally I prefer. The staff is nice, helpful, and always working. The meat selection is plentiful and fresh. There is always an associate around to help with any questions. I know y'all are doubting this. It is hard to contemplate a Wally World where people are REALLY WORKING, REALLY HELPFUL, and NIce. I'm sure a Walmart employee is gonna get me good for this, but I don't really care. I hope this store gets the accolades they deserve. Oh yeah, theres a manager always buzzing around asking if she can help, you get it ,stuff like that. No really a real manager walking around a Wally World helping the regular Joe staff. It was truely amazing. Even my boyfriend said something. He HAAAAATES shopping. Doesn't ever notice " shopping" experiences. He said on way out of the parking lot. "That was a nicer Walmart wasn't it babe? " i thought I would pass out. Happy Walmarting All!!!
There are serious issues at this location to include the processing, handling, & distribution of medications. Terribly understaffed at this location.
They are not open 24 hours that is incorrect. Every time you fill a prescription be prepared to wait, you have to talk to the pharmacist before getting yours meds no matter what it is or how long you have been taking it!
This location never seems to have what is on sale, you can't find a person to help you. If you call they put you on hold, never to return.Turning into Walmart!
when a cake order got overlooked by Walmarts bakery the store manager gave me my selection of the available cakes at no charge. I do hope walmart improves on following through on customer orders but I do appreciate them doing all they can to make things right when something goes wrong.
Emloyees, and even a Team Lead (Joel Miller) I spoke to seemed unconcerned in helping me find or purchase items from their store. I, being a Target associate myself in younger years, know their obtuse behavior, excuses, and singular location "policies" stem from nothing but a laziness to serve the very guests whose money they rely on. I have never had an experience this bad at a Target location, and I never will at this particular one ever again.
No working handicap carts available so there was no way I could shop this large store. They do have two handicap carts parked out front that have had "Out of Order" signs on them for at least a couple of weeks -- and today I found another reason why this Walmart doesn't have handicap carts for their customers -- because they have an employee using one to ride around the parking lot bringing back the regular shopping carts one at a time.
Awful pharmacy. I relied on Walgreen to refill my sons asthma medication and they let me down and a member was just rude. I had to change pharmacies because the doctor never received request. The doctor ask me to ask them to redo the request and he refused.Heven was totally playing with my sons life.
the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Yes, I will go to another location even if it's out of my way not to have to deal with them, and I would go anywhere but CVS if I didn't have to use them due to my insurance.
Totally agree with first review. Worst service I have ever encountered. Almost every single time I go, there is a problem. Try to give me the wrong prescription, it's not ready when its supposed to be, they're out of it, oh and last time one of their reps told me my prescription had been filled the day before and they couldn't refill something about the state. Turns out she had me mixed up with another customer. Yes, I will be going to another store, and yes I am being forced to use CVS when I would rather go anywhere else.
