This internet service is by far the WORST. I live at Copper Chase Apartments in Greenwood, Indiana. I am supposed to get 15mbps and I have averaged 5mbps for the last 6 months, never been over 10 once. You call to complain and they do NOTHING. I've literally called so much trying to get this fixed they probably all know my name. It's always we will open up a ticket, you'll ask how long it'll take to get fixed and it's always "we're not sure, can't give you a timeframe". They love to blame the router, even if you have an eithernet cord blugged straight into the wall. Then they will try to reset the wall jack, which never works. Then they will send "engineers" out, these guys are clueless. Can't get a refund because you're locked into a lease with your apartment. They truly don't care about you what so ever, you're stuck paying for service thats based on lies. I will be seaking legal counsel over this. Discernity, don't even bother commenting back on this review to apologize. Your apology won't be sincere, it's only for show, don't waste the readers time.

Discernity doesn't have server access and apparently has no control over the company that does. Took over four hours and all they can say is "ticket is still open and hasn't been looked at". I asked if there is anything they can do to check on the status and they said they couldn't. All I wanted to do was get my Xbox online. Takes most Internet companies 30 seconds while your on the phone with them but Discernity can't do it in 5 hours. Very disappointed!
Out of all the louisville area stores 7801 shelbyville rd is by far the worst att store I've ever had to deal with apart from poor customer service and lengthy wait times at the end of the day you still won't get your phone I've been with att for over 7 years but after the experience I've had with this store and att in general I'm switching to Verizon the minute my contract is up! 1 star since 0 isnt a rating!
everytime I visit for an upgrade or other issue I walk around while sales people keep working. there is no hi, or be with you in a moment. id take a middle finger over being ignored. this store id ignore if at all possible.
AT&T is currently defrauding its customers by baiting them with the promise of more data for less money and taking away the bi-annual contract discounts for upgrading phones. They are doing this by initially giving you a credit of $25 per line that you lose when you upgrade your phone at a subsidized rate. This will increase my annual bill for 7 phones $2100 and they got me with a simple click on the app. I went to THIS location and they told me to call customer service because they wouldn't help me get my old contract back.
this business desevers a star rating of " - 5 " they do not stand behind what they tell you. My internet services almost tripled in cost when I dropped my phone service altho I specifically asked if the cost would be affected and I was specifically told it would not. Watch out if you do business with them.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their customer service/tech service is awful. The tech's make up lies about your TV so they can upgrade to another package. The don't check the wiring at your place to make sure it is working. The service techs are just LAZY. They say they are coming on a certain day & then mysteriously your appointment gets cancelled. You have stayed home for no reason (in my case 3 days of work). The supervisors in the customer service are just incompetent as the reps. They have no idea what anyone is doing or saying. All you get for your trouble is " Thank you for choosing insight. we value your business" Ha, that's a joke. The problem is they have a monopoly in the area. They suck! Too bad they don't have negative stars.
