We rented a transport wheelchair at Goulds on Dec 7th, around 11 am.Arriving home, we found a friend had the same chair that they loaned us.We returned the rental to goulds later that afternoon. They told us there would be not charge, since it was returned the same day. When my credit card statement came in the charge was NOT reversed. I phoned Goulds, who told me it was a mistake, they would take care of it. Now, a month later, I get ANOTHER charge, auto-pay for another month. Calling Goulds resulted in a voice mail.this is TERRIBLE customer service..

I am very satisfied with Gould's. After my daughter was prescribed oxygen full time, I was lost and had no experience with this kind of thing. They delivered her equipment and trained me the same day she was discharged from the hospital. I am truly grateful for their kindness and professionalism.
I've been taking clothes to Judy's Finest for several years now. She is picky about what she will take, which means that you're seeing the best available clothing on her racks. The store is very well organized, not overstuffed, and the service there is superb.
There are no words to adequately thank Ileen at Gould's Dutchman's Lane for the personal attention, knowledge, care and concern she showed in helping my 89 year old father find the perfect lift-recliner.Ileen is the kind of person who makes sure a customer is well informed about and happy with their purchase. I love the patient staff members. But it time consuming looking threw all of the unorganized clothes on the racks. Three are girl clothes in the boys rack, different sizes, and while shopping in the adults women section I find that a size ten can really mean a 1x or a size 4. Confusing and leaves me making trips back to trade them in.
These are the biggest crooks and have the worst employees I have ever seen!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.. ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
Got a cpap machine with insurance turns out they billed them for 3 months then stopped. Now a year later they tell me about it and are trying to send me to collections or sue me. Now I got a attorney. That is what you can expect from gauls.

Attempting to get new straps for the BIPAP machine I purchased (for $2500) 3 years ago. Was advised that a new mask requires a new prescription; but straps were ok without the paperwork and cost of Dr. Appointment.
To purchase ANY OSA accessories you must be seen by a CS Sleep Specialist. I signed in at 150pm. By 245 pm no one had even acknowledged my presence until I asked about scheduling an appointment at a later date. Appointments are only available for certain things: accessories not being one of them. I have no problem with first come first serve...but having a single staffer to juggle walk ins & appointments is inexcusable.
My impression: Goulds is happy to accept new business. However aftermarket support is at the bottom of their priorities. I'll take my business elsewhere and suggest you consider my experience.
