I brought my sewing machine in for service because the needles were breaking while I was sewing. After paying $50 for repair (they said there was a loose screw), the machine broke the first time I sewed with it. The owner was condescending from the moment I went to pick the machine up the second time, implying that I didn't know how to use my machine (I've been sewing with it for several years with no problem). They were going to charge me another $50 to repair it a second time. I paid $30 of that, and the needles still broke the moment I got the machine home.
