The staff was un-welcoming and suggesting "are you sure you're supposed to come here?" My husband was humiliated with questions being asked aloud and NOT in private!! He asked if he could bring home the forms/documents to be filled out by spouse and was told no! This visit did not conduct themselves professionally and was in violation of HIPPA!! Needless to say, this experience is the VERY REASON for seeking a different re-hab facility!!

A BETTER NAME WOULD BE PAIN UN-MANAGEMENT The office staff was friendly and I was seen on time. The doctor explained my care plan and the procedure that is to be performed. My problem is that it has been almost 2 weeks, and they have not gotten me on the schedule for a procedure. I am in excruciating pain from a large herniation that is pressing on my sciatic nerve. I have not been given any medication for pain and there does not seem to be any urgency on their part to get me on the schedule. At this point I really wish I had gone elsewhere, but I guess I will stick it out and hope that progress is made soon.
Friendly and knowledgeable; Tessa helped explain my problem in terms I could understand. Jana worked on me and made me feel better. They both taught me some exercises that allowed me to take care of myself and hopefully keep me from having the same problem again.
STAY AWAY AT ALL COST FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE RUDE AND DON'T GIVE A CRAP ABOUT HELPING YOU. MY HUSBAND NEEDED THE EPIDURAL TREATMENTS NOT DRUGS AND THEY WERE OF NO HELP IN GETTING HIM SCHEDULED!
Forgot to put sedation in me, then lied about it. Patient in front of me complained as well. Someone is keeping them for their own use.
Very nice staff..very nice and compassionate Dr's that show you're not just another number they are here to help and if your pain can be fixed they'll do what's best for you
I have been a patient for over a year of Dr. Lewis. The staff there are very rude and unprofessional. I was charge 1,300$ for a 200.00 back brace. 6,000$ for a urine test. Definitely will be contacting attorney general's office. If they can get bills wrote off from a lab in California they can get a brace wrote off as well. I will not go back after all they have put me through all for 90 supply of gabipentone.
Great place in Louisville for back pain relief / back pain management. They also do neck pain, knee pain, wrist pain management.
On my search to find a physical therapy office I came across orthopediedic motion and sports. Feeling hesitant to try another physical therapy facility based on my last experience, I was quickly reassured here. On my first appointment I was evaluated; asked extensive questions that help me pinpoint my direct concern and felt that this therapy prevailed an accurate plan personalized to suit my chronic pain. Treatment was a success and I no longer am struggling with debilitating shin splints, however; I continue to go to OPMS physical therapy by choice for injury prevention and healthy training!
Nurse was upset I had my phone with me so she didn't put pain meds in my iv! So yes I felt all the pain of the needles going into m spine! Avoid this practice at all cost. I will never go back again.
