I had been going to this office for Almost 15 years. Just added my newborn baby girl... went for checkup and was greeted with a bill. In all my years this was never priority and was advised I could handle later. I hadn't even received the billing it was so current. But was advised I couldn’t get service until the bill was resolved. I then paid the bill in full. Then they advised she had no ins. Coverage. I called & learned there was an issue with fathers insurance adding her. Instead of offering to help work out with insurance I was advised by the billing supervisor I couldnt get my newborn seen. I wasn't pulled aside to discuss this it was All presented in waiting room in front of staff and all. So embarrassing and unprofessional. Office Manager didn't call back within in 24 hrs. Clearly they are doing well and see $$$$ verses members/patients. You would think my tenure would have spoke for something and showed good faith for billing. So hurt and disappointed.
We have been with this practice for 20 years, and the physicians are outstanding from both a diagnostic and interpersonal skills perspective. Both Dr. Laney and Dr. Purcell talk to my teenagers like they are adults, and Dr. Purcell has shown amazing proficiency and expertise in working with my daughter's ADHD. The phone staff for the most part does well, but occasionally they seem to have fill in staff that is extremely rude, abrasive, and unprofessional when trying to schedule an appointment, especially if trying to schedule in advance. Fortunately, the physicians mentioned above are well worth tolerating some substandard communication skills from certain support staff, and this seems to be the exception vs. the norm.
Dr Cutliff, is my family pediatrician since my daughter was 6 months old, t now my daughter is now 9.5 years old. She is a doctor for my son too who is 5.5 years old. She is a very experienced doctor.She always gives quick appointments, explains everything in details, advises right things, even she has wonderful staff especially Renne who is there for long time. I'll definitely recommend this doctor,!!
We have been with this practice for over eighteen years with both of our children. Dr Diebold and Dr Rash especially are excellent. I am an RN and picky about physicians I choose to take my family to see.
I have been a patient and a parent of a patient at Brownsboro Pediatrics for nearly 26 years now. This was my pediatrician as a child and now is my daughters pediatrician. We are primarily seeing Dr. Price, whom is wonderful, very knowledgeable, comforting and kind hearted. Never have we ever had an issue with any of diagnosis or medicine given, she always has been very willing to work with a budget as best she can. We have also seen Dr. Wheeler whom has also been wonderful, very knowledgeable as well. I trust my kids in the hands of either of these doctors completely. The nurses are very attentive and make the kids feel at ease as best they can, and are as well very knowledgeable. The medical billing staff are kind, professional, welcoming, and a breeze to work with. They do their best to offer as many options or methods as they can for you to be able to get the medical care you need and not break the bank. I am a lifer at Brownsboro Pediatrics and will never change!

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, they are so unprofessional and slow, literally I took my daughter for her 1 year check up and the nurse practitioner was so rough when taking her blood and they literally will drop you as a patient for owing the smallest amount of money HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !
THE BILLING OFFICE IS A NIGHTMARE! I requested an itemized statement and was given a print out a balance with zero info on where that balance came from! the office had me sign a document saying I had to pay up front, then the office billed EVERY visit as extended and additionally BILLED me $22.00 every single time! In the same day, their office changed my balance THREE times! they don't even understand THEIR OWN computer system! HORRIBLE OFFICE! IF YOU GO THERE, PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE BILLING YOU CORRECTLY, THEY DONT UNDERSTAND HOW INSURANCE WORKS!
Horrible place! Was told, that I could not bring my other child back to one child's appointment! If your office caters to children! Common sense you would expect a child to have siblings ! Why should I find a babysitter to take my child to a well check up ! Ridiculous ! Thumbs down!
