They don't know how to keep Pizza on their Buffet every time I come here you have to wait to eat
New owners, great food. The bar is actually clean now. Thank God they old owners are gone. Rude and bigots.
Place a delivery order at 10:57pm and here it id 12:56 no pizza and took my credit card. Very sad night.
Ordered online. After waiting for over an hour, I called to check on the order. The girl who answered the phone was extremely rude. After I told her that I was calling about my order she says..."I'm confused". I said my order isn't here. She said we aren't delivering right now. And then went on to tell me that their driver was in an accident. I said ok...someone could have let us know. She said they called. I received no call. She said "you must have given us the wrong number". I mean really. She checked and it was the right number. I said this was really inconvenient and my kids and I had been waiting over an hour. She said "it's really inconvenient for us too." Not once did this employee apologize. I said it makes me never want to order from Pizza Hut again. Her response..."I hear Dominos has good cheesy bread." and then she hung up on me.Infuriated, I called back and was hung up on again. I called back and asked for a manager. They put Justin on the phone...not a manager. I said a wanted to talk to a manager because the girl I spoke to previously was very rude. He said..."she said the same about You" and then threw me on hold. The manager was nice. She wanted to tell me the sob story of no delivery drivers which was irrelevant at that point. She said she would speak to the girl and offered me a credit for the amount of my order which would have to be used within 30 days. Still....not one apology for any of it. I seriously doubt that I will order from Pizza Hut ever again even with the credit.

I went to Wicks Pizza Parlor last night with a friend excepting good service and great food, as they usually provide. But disappoint was all we received when we waited 10 minutes for a water, another 10 to order, and then were informed that our pizza had been burnt. Our service was absolutely horrible. From the time we arrived to her informing us that our pizza had burnt, she had a smug look on her face and continually gave off an "I don't want to be here" attitude.After taking our order, she proceeded to stand not 5 feet from our table chatting it up with coworkers for a good 2 minutes before finally going to the kitchen to put in the order. 15 mins later she brought us utensils and napkins. 20 mins later she came to inform us that the pizza was burnt and that she would talk to her manager. She then proceeded to walk to the bar and chat it up with a friend, finally grabbing her jacket and heading outside. Leaving us astonished because we figured she would come back to tell us how long it would be before we received our food, being that our 40 min wait was already less than pleasurable. The manager finally did come and speak with us. We decided to leave the establishment. It's sad to see a good restaurant go down hill, especially when I've ate there multiple times with no problem. Being attentive to your customers is number one in serving, and if you can't do that you shouldn't be working with the public.
We had a horrible experience with the manager there. He was rude and called us liars when we called about a pick up that was wrong. The pizza in the middle was undercooked. When we tried to get a number to speak with the owner we were not only denied but chased out of the store by the manager who picked up a chair and had to be held back by other staff. The police were called to incident and nothing was done. Still waiting to get a response from owner. This was the worst experience we have ever had of customer service and the manager should have been terminated. I'm still unsure if the owner was ever told about the incident.
The pizza was great but why was I charged an extra 55 cents after I was told a different amount on the phone. It's not the change that's the problem it's only 55 cents but you told me one price which was correct and then added to it when I arrived and couldn't answer why and never gave me a receipt.. just wondering how many people a day have had this happen to them?
Not worth the price! We waited almost an hour to get our food and then it was wrong. They were not even busy. I would say go somewhere else it's not worth the price or the wait.
