They give Doug Brown from Madison IN tons of Norco 10 and he sells them and the Clonazepam he gets from Baptist East to his Meth dealer. He is alcoholic that has 34 DUIs and drinks 8 to 10 beers a day and that alone is reason enough not to be on 5 Norco 10s a day.

This is where you go to recover mobility. Team is fantastic! They gently push you to achieve great results. Very understanding of any fears a 71 yr-old expressed and reassured me each step of my recovery. Walking easily and look forward to therapy sessions.
Before coming to Kentuckiana Pain Specialist I had a spinal stimulator implanted in my back for chronic lower back pain. This was done by my pain management doctor and Orthopedic doctor. Pain in other areas began to appear. I went to the doctor that placed the stimulator many times and he could not figure out what was causing the pain in my back. What he constantly insisted on doing was taking the stimulator out, not certain that my original pain would not come back along with my current pain. I asked my PCP to get me a referral to a doctor out of town and she sent me to see Dr Nair. During the very first visit, Dr Nair found what the problem was and treated it right then and I finally found relief. I drive three and a half hours, sometimes twice a month, to see Dr. Nair and his team. I had all my records transferred from Paducah KY to his office and will never go any place else again. Dr. Nair and his staff show the utmost professionalism, courtesy and personal care I have ever seen.Choosing to come to Kentuckiana Pain Specialists will be the best decision of your life. For me, it is well worth the three and a half hour drive to his office as many times as it takes!!!Thank you Dr. Nair and the entire staff at Kentuckiana Pain Specialist for all your hard work and care for your patients.
The staff was un-welcoming and suggesting "are you sure you're supposed to come here?" My husband was humiliated with questions being asked aloud and NOT in private!! He asked if he could bring home the forms/documents to be filled out by spouse and was told no! This visit did not conduct themselves professionally and was in violation of HIPPA!! Needless to say, this experience is the VERY REASON for seeking a different re-hab facility!!
After 4 years of major pain and multiple pain doctors..surgery..injections.. ridiculous pain pills..being treated as if im a drug addict cause the pill tolerance..FINALLY I find Dr Nair!..He and his staff are the best..you can feel they put you first..everyone is super nice and professional..Dr nair didnt waste any time putting the pain pump in..its been 4 years since ive had this much relief..we are stilladjusting the pump but we are definitely going in the right direction..I cant thank the doc enough for turning my life around cause it was in the gutter until I met Dr Nair..So thanks to him and all his staff you guys are truly great!
I been seeing Dr. Nair for a few months for shots on my back and after he understood my injury he recommended radio frequency and now I feel like new!!! Thank you Dr.!!!
I have dealt with debilitating MS pain for over 20 years now, and have been on & off pain meds throughout. When in remission, I don't need them. Recently, I not only had my worst exacerbation to date, but was also in a very bad auto accident that put me in the hospital for over a month! My right medial tibia broke and pushed my joint back 6 cm, it detached from my knee, which was also broken, so I had to have a tibial surgery, leaving a large plate, 7 screws, and a 2 pronged spring mechanisim that wraps around my tibia. BTW, not only has my MS affected mostly my right side, especially my R. Leg, but the medial tibia supports about 70% of your bodyweight. So, going by these YP reviews, I made an appt. with Dr. Nair. I should have done more homework, but is hard to focus when in extreme pain. I now notice that the rave reviews have to do with clients who got pain pumps. If you check HealthGrades site, he gets a 3.5 rating. Oddly, they're all 5's or 1's.Anyway, I would like to give a clear and unbiased review.I mentioned to the nurse, who spent about 3x more time with me than Dr. Nair that I have a problem with the idea of epidural, as I've had numerous one's over the years and not only did they not help, but one Dr scraped a nerve root while doing one and actually caused me to cry! It hurt for weeks and I never had another. I mentioned that I've done well with Lortab in the past and that I just wanted to get my pain under control enough to restart physical therapy, which l had stopped, due to pain. The nurse leaves the room for awhile and when she returns she has a whole different attitude! I was told they do shots and pumps and could not prescribe me any medication.I asked to see the Dr & he said basically that I asked for pills, implying that I was medseeking. I mean DUH, when you're in pain & go to a pain specialist, you expect to have your pain dealt with. I only mentioned the Lortab, because I was afraid that with my pain level, I would be given something too strong. He then proceeded to tell me about the pain pump option, which not only scares me, but takes several weeks of various tests to even be approved. Out of curiosity, I looked up the pymt structure on the pump, it starts at $13,000 and goes up from there! Also, Dr. Nair isn't even Board Certified!!! On a final note, Dr Nair was abrupt, bordering on rude, didn't even examine me, at all. Spent maybe 10 mins, if that long with me & still acted like he had better things to do. So, he left and told me to wait for a Medtronic rep to come give me info on the pump. I sat there stunned, and waited almost an hr to be given a brochure that doesn't even say which model would be used in the procedure. Also, I was told there's no guarantee that if I have it put in, they won't damage another nerve root!Auugh!! Freaken junkies are making it impossible to find a decent pain Dr anymore.😖🤕😲
A BETTER NAME WOULD BE PAIN UN-MANAGEMENT The office staff was friendly and I was seen on time. The doctor explained my care plan and the procedure that is to be performed. My problem is that it has been almost 2 weeks, and they have not gotten me on the schedule for a procedure. I am in excruciating pain from a large herniation that is pressing on my sciatic nerve. I have not been given any medication for pain and there does not seem to be any urgency on their part to get me on the schedule. At this point I really wish I had gone elsewhere, but I guess I will stick it out and hope that progress is made soon.
I have been a patient of Dr. Nair’s for some time. He has helped relieve my herniated disc pain so much. If you follow his treatment plan, it can be life changing for pain relief. He treats his patient’s with so much care.
I will be seeing Dr. Nair on Nov. 7th. for my first time and I looking forward to meeting him. I have heard so much about him. I am seeing him for my malfunctioned pain pump and I would really like for him to become my fulltime doctor because the doctor I am now seeing, I'm very dissatisfied with and my present pain doctor recommended me to Dr. Nair. Thanks folks for all the great reviews helping me to look forward to meeting this good doctor.
