I had injections in April I have excellent insurance and they made me pay more than I needed to I told them I knew it was too much. They threatened not to do the injections so I paid they owe me 75.00 I have been trying to get it back since receiving my EOB. Every time I call I have to leave a voicemail as nobody answers the phone . The last time they told me it was mailed 6/8 I am still waiting . Don't go here .

Dr. Tanwani is great, and Melanie Smith runs the office with a personal and professional touch. This is the office you need to visit!!
Currently I'm still a patient here because my son is sick and I need to make an appointment for him today but I will be switching him very soon. I've been at the office for years and it's never been a great office Lori the receptionist will put you on hold for 7 minutes and then just hang up on you and wont even call you back . Yes they have long wait once you get there but my main problem are the receptionist and the attitudes that some of the nurses and staff members will give you
.I take back my good review!!!! Went in for X-rays, Jan 08, 2016 something is wrong, I could see something myself on the X-rays, Hillary NP told me she could see nothing wrong just some swelling, take tynol three times a day. But she will send to a Radiologist to read it. FIVE days later and thinking now of going to ER, because whatever this is, it is getting worse. I call and find out they had the reviews for FOUR days and NO ONE called me! Now they are pushing me to come in and talk about it, yeah right. They usually call and let you know if there is a problem. They again said no fracture, just some swelling. But what is this moving around under my ribs? I WILL go to another Dr and they better be happy with what the insurance pays, because I WILL NOT pay them for their incompetence! Turns out a hernia, yep tynol would fix that! Yeah right!
I had symptoms of the flu.My flu swab was negative.I think the nurse practitioner should put me on preventive Tamiflu( because I deal with a lot of flu patients at work,I told the nurse practitioner that).2 days later I have fever of 100 degrees and feeling worse. Will see another practitioner tonight. I was told it is too late to take Tamiflu now.
This has to be the worst doctor's office I have been to in my whole life dr. Amins is extremely rude the wait time was amazingly long I asked I her for a medication to help me sleep she put me on something for bipolar disorder I am not bipolar and how dare she make that assumption seeing me for the first time for 1 minutes the medication has made me very groggy and sick I am now planning to report her to the medical board do not go to see this doctor she should not have a license to practice medicine
This is the worst office that I have ever been to. The nurse practitioner Toni lied to me by telling me she was a Doctor. My high blood pressure and high cholesterol was ignored for so long that it caused me to have a stroke. When I took my concerns directly to Dr. Amin I was completely ignored. All voicing my concerns did was got me kicked out of the practice with a bogus excuse. Them neglecting my medical needs nearly cost me my life so if you care about your health this would be the last place I would go.
Absolutely amazing! They have pulled me out of every injury and got me back on track. This is the most caring practice I have ever been to. I love it!
Will never go back. Attitude and behavior of the person checking patients in was the worst I have ever experienced. Really unfortunate because I have been going there ever since it opened. It has been getting increasingly bad ever since Baptist took it over. It has all to do with their office staff.
Worst experience ever on my life! They don't even get 1 star for any category.I had been in a car accident.I called and told them my situation and I asked if they give X-rays and they said yes..After waiting a few hours to get one the nurse practitioner denied me of one using a lame excuse of were worried it's been a couple days since the accident that your coverage will kick the price for an X-ray back to us..I told her I'm covered for 10,000 worth and she kept telling me the same thing and finally said I should have went to an E.R..which I will from now on! Waste of my time and money!
The receptionist was a TOTAL ass! My husband heard her say a rude remark as I was limping away from the window with a injured foot... she found out real quick she was messing with the wrong people!!!!!
