great staff! best service in town! music go round and guitar center have way higher prices, uncle sams jams have done multiple repairs on multiple items of mine! the owner is an amazing person to work with! and their guitar cleaner (axe attack) is the best! they also do repairs for other businesses which is impressive, so if you think other businesses are better in the repair department, its all uncle sams! best music shop hands down.

Wouldn't give any stars if I could they took money directly out of my account even though I gave them precise directions not to. I checked the box that did not give them permission to automatically deduct payments but they did anyway
One word review. Snobs. I guess they didn't need the pocket full of money I had that there competition got.
I have been using Uncle Sam's Jamms for amp and guitar repair for many years now. They have always done an excellent job, and if there is any problem whatsoever, they take care of it immediately. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff.
do not shop there. go to music go round. this place will rip you off with your gear and turn around and sell it 80% more than what gave to you. they lied after i sold a guitar there and i was planning on buying it back once i had the money and lied to me about the price. gave me 20 dollars for a first act 222 which i called daddies lil girl. my lil girls bday came up and even though she was turning 2 i wanted to get her a good bday so i sold all my stuff to them.i had a washburn wi14, the first act, a line 6 amp, about 6 straps, cords, a tuner, a guitar to USB cable, and some other things and all they gave me was 90 bucks. and that was us pushing for more. good luck selling that first act more than the retail price you crooks. make no mistake alot of music stores are closing down... this will be the next to go. do not shop there. music go round has alot better prices on their stuff.
The guitar tech is great but the amp techs not so great. I've had my tube amplifier in there 3 times. The first time was to get a new 1/4 input jack installed. Next thing I know tubes r cracking. Now theres a bad static noise that comes on as soon as turn on the switch on. Ive had this amp for 15 years with no problem. Took the amp back up there and of course they said it wasnt their fault. Yeah right!? I know they will not get the chance to mess it up again. Find another amp tech even if it has to be shipped somewhere, you'll be happier.
