My office has been a customer of Bluegrass.Net since 1997. We've always had unbelievable customer service and complete reliability. When you call them, a HUMAN BEING answers the phone, which I find amazing! This morning, two techs from Bluegrass.Net showed up at my office and told me we had a problem with our wireless DSL internet access point. We had no idea as it seemed to be working but the access point had fallen from the window to which it was physically attached. They came in, put it back up and reoriented the device. Took 5 minutes. The really beauty is that we weren't even aware there was a problem but they knew and they fixed it. Bluegrass.net ROCKS!
