Located in Louisville's south end, we are a close-knit community that feels privileged to serve the men and women who seek our care. Our staff is particularly dedicated, with the majority having been here for five or more years. Their love for what they do is something our patients feel and benefit from every single day. Rockford Manor has 120 nursing care beds, all of which are certified for Medicare patients. We offer exceptional rehabilitation services to help our patients heal and achieve their greatest levels of strength, ability and independence. These services include physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapy. To make sure each patient's needs are consistently met, our medical director and nurse practitioners are on-site two to three times every week

        Needs help with management no one seems to listen passes the BUCK so to SPEAK no one held accountable.

        I stay here rehab after having my knee replace i love it staff was great except 3rd shift needs to be worked on and food needs some improving but would stay here again

        When I first arrived, I noticed that there was no smell of urine, which is common for a nursing facility. The staff was welcoming and very accomodating. The food could use some improving; some meals are better than others.The facility is older, but is comfortable. It is difficult to have a loved one away from home, but I feel like my mother is safe while battling her illness. Visiting hours are flexible.
