Sears Appliance Repair

Worst experience I have ever had. If I had known it would take three visits, three different repairman and over a month to fix our dryer, I would have just bought a new one...........and it would not be a Kenmore.
This email says repair, but on the Sears employee's work order it was a preventive maintenance order. Not happy at all my washer still leaks water on the floor sometimes when it's washing. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. And the employee that took my repair call told me that that was something that was normal for it to leak. I've had washers for over 40 years and I've never had one to leak. GUESS THEY DON'T MAKE MAYTAG'S LIKE THEY USED TO. The repair people aren't lonely with mine.
Scheduling online was relatively easy. Received text reminders of scheduled appointment. Technician (Jason) called when he was on the way. Because of his knowledge and experience with Samsung washers, he was able to fix the problem WITHOUT unstacking the dryer; a real time saver. He insured the problem was fixed and there were no leaks before leaving by running several cycles. He gave me his cellphone number to call should I have any problems. A very pleasant person. I would recommend Sears Appliance Repair to anyone and would use them again.
Horrible experience....will never use them for anything again.....repair center is a joke to deal with, was told lies, was hung up on, tried to get a manager to complain and refused to let me Speak to anyone....can't even give them one star
Worst service I've ever experienced. If I could give zero stars, I would Six repair visits, four different parts, the rudest repairman ever, and more than two months later, and I still have no washing machine. I wouldn't wish these guys on my worst enemy. The original problem was a bearing, which they fixed, but then broke the electronics by banging on my washer for nearly an hour with a hammer, then flat out denied they did it, even though I watched them do it. Needless to say, I will not be using them, and I ended up buying a new washer. After multiple phone calls and being given the runaround, I was able to get most of my $500+ refunded.
Rude, unprofessional, clueless, and terrible.
My experience with the Repair done on October 13th was very favorable. My technician was very pleasant precise and repaired the problem with my dryer quickly. I really appreciated his involvement and service. Thank you !
