This is the worst place that we stayed at. We booked four rooms and when we got there it was a very cold day 2/10/2015 and all the heat was turned off in the four rooms it took four hours for our rooms to warm up had to stay in my truck for four hours to it got to 60F and when we told the staff all they said was sorry. When I got home it tooks six phones calls before I talk to the so called boss and all she did is blame us and said the heat was on, then said she forgot to check rooms that they only use the back rooms when they are booked up and they forgot to turn heat on and again all they could is sorry. I was there for the Nalional Farm Machinery and this place my trip the worst that I have had. What make me mad they tried to say we were liars and they knew the heat was off just did not want to say they screwed up what a joke
I have stayed at this hotel a hand full of times, and never had a problem, good price, good location.. always went back.. that was until I was lied to over and over. so we stayed overnight there september 21st, and it was decent, (i did noticed they took the refriderator out, which was ok). anyway we got a good rate.. but on our way home my girlfriend noticed she frogot one of her rings. so I called the place and they said the room hadn;t been cleaned yet so they sent someone down to get it. the guy said the lady found it and he was holding it in his hand, and he would send it out to me first thing monday the 23rd. he said he would bill my cc for shipping and that was fine. after a week i called back down there.. the lady said she shipped in tuesday.. and it should be there soon. called the next week.. well now she said she remembers shipping something but wasn't sure what.. but will check on it and call me back.. well long story short.. after a dozen calls (2 months time).. not once did they call me back, nor did we ever get the ring back.. now i dont care if they lost it but just admit you lost it..dont lie to me.. dont make something up.. I wont be going back to this hotel ever because it wasted my time. at lease offer me something, 1/2 rate or upgrade or something.. i mean u treat all your customers like this?
