My family absolutely LOVES this place!! Each time we come, the staff is super friendly, the facility is clean and the food is delicious!! The attractions change periodically keeping it exciting. This is a great place to for family fun!! A+ Keep up the good work!
I took my grandkids, age 3 and 6 months to Puzzles on a Thursday night. The facility was clean, well-kept, and had a friendly and helpful staff. It was a great value, as we only had to pay for the 3 year old and no adults. The kids had a wonderful time, even the baby, who enjoyed the toddler area. I have never been on the weekend, but everything was enjoyable for us. I would definitely recommend Puzzles as a 'get your energy out' place for young children. As always, you should keep your eyes on your children, as I don't trust that any amusement place can appropriately supervise a group of children.
I was searching for a comment request form on their main website and/or a way to contact a manager. It was not available on the website. I wanted to speak with someone about a recent visit at this party center. Our two year old daughter fell and hit her head on the floor and it basically ruined our night. We paid $80 for our visit only to have it ruined by her falling in the coloring area. How come this area is not padded? My daughter is only two and fell on the back of her head. The staff was unconcerned and not very attentive to our needs. I got an ice pack from the kitchen, but nobody checked on my child to see if she was ok or anything. I feel that area should have better protection for children and those seats are not suitable to be used for coloring anyway. This was a walk-in birthday party and our first and probably last time visiting. We were so excited to go for our daughter's birthday only to have her sister fall and get hurt. Our family is very disappointed about this event.
I have been going here for years and I have some great and horrible experiences and they have one manager there that has been there for years and she is wonderful and now they have one that was just absolutely rude and I would think working in a kid friendly place she would have a little bit of a better attitude and if she doesn't have a friendly personality, fake it for your job but she is not the only one they have had some employees that are just mean. About a year ago my kids and I went in there and my 7 year old was going in the pirate ship bounce and this employee grabbed his arm and told him to not to run and jump in there and he got so scared and came to me crying telling me how she grabbed his arm and he wanted to leave so I told her that her that she should never put her hands on someone's kid and her response was that's my job so I went to talk to the guy manager and instead of making her apologize, he tried to explain that she wasn't doing anything wrong so we ended up leaving cause my children just felt very uncomfortable that they have employees there that are allowed to put there hands on them, we didn't go back for like 6 month's. Well now we have been about a few times and all was going okay and my 4 year old grandson was going down a slide and there was some kind of rope of some sort hanging down and has he was going down it wrapped around his neck and thank gosh he got this off him self because it could have killed him. My children come out screaming Mommy Waylon's neck is hurt and I look he is screaming crying ,I freak out he has this big well all around his neck,it's all red and swollen so my.go get ice for him and we walk up to desk and I ask to speak.to the manager and tell her there's a rope or something hanging and it just wrapped around his throat and all she can say is how many kids you have and gives a pass for a free visit, never once did she ask was he okay or anything. It took her 15 minutes to come out and look at the contraption and fix it and in the meantime some one else could have actually got killed this time. We ended up staying and playing and I saw her and the owner when we were walking to the restroom and no one ever asked how he was feeling.

This doesn't seem to be the same Puzzles Fun Dome I'm reading about. My kids were so excited to go to a place that looked great on the Internet. When we got there, we paid $6.99 per kid. For what? That included 5 inflatables. One was in disrepair and difficult for the kids to walk through. It included an art studio which consisted of some pages printed off of a computer to color. It consisted of DVD movies in a theater which was not running at the time. That was it. If they wanted to play basketball or climb the rock wall it cost extra. If they wanted to play the 9-hole golf that had pretty boring looking holes, it costs another $3.50. The arcade was one of the most expensive ones around with most games costing 4 tokens ($1). The kids stretched out the inflatables out for about 30 minutes just trying to get something that we paid for. Then we paid a lot to play in the arcade. We finally left after only an hour when we planned to be there longer. The kids were very disappointed and said they will stay at Gattiland from now on.

After returning to puzzles after year or so absence I now realize why I fell in love with the facility. The facility was clean and well maintained still. The lady at the front desk was workin multiple counters and still I felt number one as a customer. My kids were throughly entertained not only by the bouncers but by the staff working and may have wore them out more than the bouncers, The staff was neat, nice and very visible. I will be back and very soon. Also I happy to see the improvements on the price now that the adults were free.

My family has had many birthday parties at Puzzles Fun Dome, it has always been a great place until recently. Today we had our second birthday party there this year. All the kids in the family love the place, however today there were adults with sharp things such as keys hanging on the outside of their pants in the jumping inflatable arena (Incredibles Dome) that is there for the kids. They were doing flips and landing on very small children. I was amazed no one got hurt. There were tiny little two year olds in the inflated toy with these adults and the gentleman working the ride asked them to stop and they did not. I went to the manager and asked her if she could get them out of there before they hurt someone. She said ""NO"", they were there for a birthday party too and SO FAR no one had been hurt. I couldn't believe that she would allow something like this to go on, she was only about 16 years old and I'm guessing she didn't realize the danger or she just did not care. The gentleman working the ride was limiting the number of children going in because of the two quite large adult men inside. I thought Puzzles Fun Dome was a safe place for children, but after this incident no one in our family will ever go back. We will be looking for another place to have all five of the kids birthday parties. I will never recommend Puzzles Fun Dome to anyone ever again. The guys weighed over 170 each and they were in there doing flips with children, some weighing under 30 pounds, it was ridiculous. The manager did not want to watch out for the safety of her customers and was very immature about the entire situation.
