Ordered online. After waiting for over an hour, I called to check on the order. The girl who answered the phone was extremely rude. After I told her that I was calling about my order she says..."I'm confused". I said my order isn't here. She said we aren't delivering right now. And then went on to tell me that their driver was in an accident. I said ok...someone could have let us know. She said they called. I received no call. She said "you must have given us the wrong number". I mean really. She checked and it was the right number. I said this was really inconvenient and my kids and I had been waiting over an hour. She said "it's really inconvenient for us too." Not once did this employee apologize. I said it makes me never want to order from Pizza Hut again. Her response..."I hear Dominos has good cheesy bread." and then she hung up on me.

Infuriated, I called back and was hung up on again. I called back and asked for a manager. They put Justin on the phone...not a manager. I said a wanted to talk to a manager because the girl I spoke to previously was very rude. He said..."she said the same about You" and then threw me on hold. The manager was nice. She wanted to tell me the sob story of no delivery drivers which was irrelevant at that point. She said she would speak to the girl and offered me a credit for the amount of my order which would have to be used within 30 days. Still....not one apology for any of it. I seriously doubt that I will order from Pizza Hut ever again even with the credit.

What is up with this kids wanted pizza hut so I decided to give them another try I quit ordering from here a couple years back because of the poor service. What is really so hard about making a pizza? What is so hard about taking an order. Well to these noneducated morans can't even handle that. And have the nerve to give you attitude and talk trash to you. That driver who asked me where's my tip would have got smacked by my husband if he was home. And the manager on phone talking crazy to me lucky I have kids or I would have showed her. They think its all funny to rip you off for your hard earned money and give you such horrible service. I felt like trying to warn anyone about this place. It is completely crap



never got pizza!!!!

worst service ever! I order online and pay with credit card, get a confirmation email and says pizza is being made. Well 45 minutes later I get a phone call saying they areout of pan crust would I like hand tossed. I agreed and hung up. another hour and half goes by and no pizza. I call and the gentleman answers the phone " thank u for calling lower brownsboro rd pizza hut my name is mike is this going to be delivery or carryout? This was at 10:38pm. I told him neither, I ordered a pizza over two hours ago and still havent recieved it. so he puts me on hold and a girl named sarah picks up and tells me they came and saw a kid at the door and no one answered. so left. I would understand if it was my apt they knocked on, but it wasnt. Not to mention I clearly have it written on my apt# on their website "around back under balcony" and on my special instructions "call when here so I can meet u" I even reminded them when they called and didnt have my crust. sarah the tells me that the driver called 4-5 TIMES which is an absolute lie. She didnt even mention him calling until I asked why he didnt, that it clearly states for them to call me, and every time I have ever ordered there they always called before. I Then asked if they would send it back out or I will come get it. she said no that she will credit my account and next time it will be "free" Free is me not paying at all. She said they are closed. Closed at 10:38PM with my pizza that is paid for. so I told her that was unacceptable and that I would be calling managment tomorrow. In the past when I have ordered and paid cash, you can guarantee they knocked on every door and called ans waited to get their money. But you pay up front they treat you like crap. I bet Sarah took my pizza home last night, thats probablg why she didnt want to remake it.
