Pet-Suites

Was a good place to board your pet until about 6 months ago. Not sure what happened (staff/management change); but the service is now abysmal. When trying to make a reservation, the girl on the phone was all over the place, extremely unhelpful, and then downright rude. Asked for a manager and was told they would be busy for an indeterminate amount of time, Asked to be called back by management and left my contact information- no call. Made a reservation with another boarder and found out PetSuites has a dog flu problem right now. Will not be leaving my pets in the care of these people.

I have taken my two cats to Petsuites for five years usually at least six times per year, four visits being extended stays. To say they are treated with love and kindness is an understatement, so much so when one was ill the manager personally took him to our own vets more than once for treatment. My cats are always happy upon arrival, settle straight into their room and, embarrassingly, sometimes one of them does not want to come home! We have relocated and I am honestly struggling to find pet care which even comes close to the facilities offered here and am certain I won't be able to find such caring staff.

Pet Suites bathed, shaved and removed outrageous number of ticks from my dog today. Tania and Stacy patiently helped my highly anxious dog. He is 5 years old and has only been groomed twice in his life due to extreme anxiety. Other places actually turned me away because of the difficulty this situation presented. Roscoe made two very special friends today and my other dogs thank you also

Wow, this place is the best. I've been taking my elderly dog there for years and they consistently offer great service. A few weeks ago, I took my newest dog there. She is a shelter rescue and was so nervous when I got adopted her. I had a last minute trip planned and had to board her. The staff was so accommodating and patient with my new dog, Shasta. They knew how nervous she was and really took extra time to make sure she was settled in. She did great while there and hopefully, she will be like my other dog that runs to the door whenever we pull into PetSuites parking lot. I've tried all of their services - boarding, grooming and the daycare. They are a real stand up company that offers quality products and service!

Sam, a young, talented groomer, at PetSuites, is EXCELLENT! I would not take my dogs anywhere else. She has a rare energy that calms my animals down. They stop shaking when she walks out to greet us. Love PetSuites and love Sam.

I tried Petsuites pet resort the other day with my 6 month old boxer. He loved it! Really nice staff and super clean. He did the group doggie day care and was so calm the rest of the night. I'll try overnight boarding too!
