        Consumer's Beware

        Use caution when purchasing services from this company. They diagnosed my car as needing tie rods when I purchased a new set of tires.. I scheduled my car for service to repair this and dropped it off. When I went to pick it up the work had not been done becuase the scheduler did not communicate the reason for the car being there. Aggrevated by this I then took the car to the Shelbyville road location for the service the next day. They reported the tie rods are fine but the ball joints were getting ready to fall off the car. This is a dangerous misdiagnoses which could have caused a wheel to break off the car if it had not been properly repaired. Any mechanic capable of making such a mistake should not be allowed to work on a tricycle much less a car. Just to make matters worse the repairs this location made were not done properly. The alignment is off so bad the car is pulling hard to the right now ruining the new set of tires I bought at the Chenoweth lane store.



        I contacted customer service and they told me a regional manager would contact me within 24 hours.......it has been a week.



        Do yourself a favor that could save your life or that of a loved one and take your car to a real mechanical shop like Medley's Auto Alignment to have this type of work performed.
