I Found this vacuum , after 10 min waiting for an associate,found this lady ,told her I needed the box and accesories to buy the vacuum,she said she'd check,after 1 minute ,she came back with another lady,obviously she did not check at all if the packaging and accessories were somewhere in the store ,instead they told me probably the vacuum had no accessories ,,I needed to buy them from dyson website, even when price tag did not mention anything like "sold as is or missing accessories " ,I was like ,...C'mon ,¡t should be somewhere in the store since this display products come complete in retail box and accessories and packaging a re saved ,sometimes they write on package "display" so they know it is the last one,just common sense .all in all ,they did not take the time to check or ask where it could possibly be,yeah,it is easy to say whatever comes to their mind ,regardless how senseless it can be ,I spend thousands every month there ,I will drive couple of block farther and will start doing my groceries somwherelse .costumer is not appreciated at all.
