        Please note Heather is currently splitting time between her Nashville and Louisville office so check her website for availability. With eight years of experience in Nashville in massage therapy, Louisville-area massage therapist Heather Wibbels, LMT returns to her roots to start a new private practice in massage. Louisville has often been a place to return to for Heather, and friends and family have often requested massage while in town. Building her practice out of St. Matthews, massage therapist Heather Wibbels has put her location within easy reach of most of the Louisville area. Convenient to downtown, Crescent Hills, the Highlands, Cherokee Triangle, and Lyndon her massage office is only a quick drive from the Brownsboro Rd, La Grange, Dutchman's Lane, Hurstbourne and the Summit. As a businesswoman and former corporate employee, Heather understands the needs and goals of professionals, whether they run their own businesses or work in large offices. Her goal is to bring her clients a style of bodywork that, when combined with client education and self-massage/stretching, helps them live the life they want to live. She loves to relax people, but even more, Heather is interested in helping clients find out what's helping their bodies and what's hurting them and designing changes in routine, posture and daily work that gets them into good shape. For Heather, massage in Louisville is about more than just a good rub down. It’s about a therapeutic approach to the body, including an interview/assessment at the beginning of each session to know where to focus and to find out her clients’ goals for the session.

        Heather is fabulous! I have seen her for over 5 years and could go on and on about how much she has helped me--from just a general relaxation massage to helping me with injuries, Heather has provided me with a wonderful service. She is extremely professional and always begins our appointments on time. She really does go the extra mile to make sure that her clients receive the massage they want and need. I can't speak highly enough of Heather!
