MAPCO Mart

I go to this station all the time. I always see a clean station and the bathrooms are always clean. There is a cashier by the name of Karen who has worked there for a long time and she is always professional and very helpful when I need something. I have seen her help other cashiers when they have issues with something. I love this store and I will continue to go here before any other store. Thank you Mapco

At 4pm today I entered the station on Preston Highway to get gas for my car. As usual the pump kept refusing my debit card even though I was a member with a Mapco card. I tried 3-times then changed pumps. Same thing. I went inside to speak with the cashier. She was busy putting up cigarettes and didn't even speak to me for about 45-seconds. I asked why the pumps continuously refuse my card. She looked at me and said 'The pumps are f--ked up.' I never heard a cashier speak to a customer like this. I figured if they know their pumps are 'f--ked up' then I'm probably not getting all the gas I purchase. I took my Mapco card and slid it toward her and told her 'You can have this.' She picked up the card and said 'Don't throw that at me!' Then she threw my card on the floor at me. I picked it up, folded it and gave her the card. I said I will not be needing it and I won't be back. And I won't. The place is dirty and nasty with cashiers saying words like 'f--k'. How low class can you get?

If I could give ZERO stars I would! First off the staff is unfriendly and unprofessional! I was in store located on Preston Hwy. The drink station was disgusting, there were dirty rags laying around it and I saw a roach crawling up the side of the drink station. I will never go this place again!
