Not to be trusted! Mr. Shimp personally took a pair of vintage lampshades from my home to be restored...and I never saw them again. He has refused to speak with me on the phone on numerous occasions, having his assistant (his Mother!) hang up on me. He even chose to ignore a letter from my attorney. Do yourself a favor...STAY AWAY from Lampshades Etc.

I have commissioned 11 custom shades from Lampshades, Etc. The owner, John, is a skilled artisan; constructing all of the shades by hand. He has an eye for the perfect design to fit any space. I usually give him some photos and measurements of the room and the lamp... then let him work his magic. My elegant silk shades literally glow in every room, and will be a part of my home for many years to come!
