        Nothing But Trouble

        I have nothing good to say about this company. If you can avoid utilizing their services, I highly recommend doing so. They not only tried to make a large delivery without contacting the homeowner or anyone being present at the home, they then failed to make the delivery on two occasions when the homeowner had taken off of work to be there. The better part of a week was spent attempting to receive the delivery. Then to make matters worse, only after the homeowner contacted them to ask about the status of the delivery did they inform the owner that the large, expensive item was damaged. They then asked if the homeowner still wanted it! This company behaved extremely unprofessionally and showed no customer service skills. Do not waste your time with them!
