This is a very unprofessional organization, not to mention it was very dirty. We have now been to two separate basketball tournaments there this summer(2015). Both times the officiating was terrible and very biased towards their Kentucky based teams. Thankfully, our team walked away with the championship, but they certainly made it as difficult as they possibly could. The refs were clearly chummy with the parents and coaches of their local KY teams. I hope we never have to play a tournament at their facility again. We were charged admission of $8 per person per day of this 3 day tournament. For some of the families it cost a total of $72 on top of the fees that our teams paid to enter their tournament.
No organization and Horribly ran facility. The staff was extremely rude and insulting to me in front of my children. Which also made me fear for the safety of the children as a whole in the establishment. Employees, Raina and Ryan, were threatening to me in front of my 5 and 7 year old and when the issue was addressed to a superior, nothing was resolved as I was made out to feel like I was the one in the wrong. Raina, a gift shop employee, continued to make discriminatory remarks to me in front of other paying customers as well as their children. I am disgusted in the establishment as a whole and would highly advise any one to take their business elsewhere. The league was even postponed an entire month due to not enough players signing up and my son did not even have a coach his first practice. I was never offered a refund as an option and have yet to receive one after my son only participating in one game. HORRIBLE FACILITY AND HORRIBLE STAFF.
