the security of dosker manor is a joke all the shifts does not secure all the floors in each building and they refuse to talk to a white person name wiliam floyd because one day this week the 3rd shift unarmed guard left his post when he was not supposed to and they told william floyd they are not allowed to take any reports or emergency phone calls from 304b and this man and his wife is disabled and can't defend for themselves and security first abuses the residents here

the resident council .they have a pantry of food is guilty of fraud.They hire the president relatives that residents could do-will not give finanace report -will note follow any hud rules-started a corp the residents do not know about.this is not dosker manor council-it is acouncil for the presidents family

All of these apartment buildings are a bad place to live because they're roach and bedbug infested, a number of people have been shot or stabbed to death,some people are really rude and treat you different because you're not black, and the apartments are too small.
