Great experience with the company. Was well aware on situations that could lead for a request of a tow an which equipment an truck needed for the job. Would highly recommend time frame given from tow that was received before my call to me was very close an was actually sooner. An reasonable prices an below most with better service.

My mother had to get a tow from these guys and they showed up on time, and handled her car with care. Thanks fellas.

My experience with Curtis began as USAA contacted them to help me with a shredded tire. Everything went smoothly until my spare tire turned out flat. Stephen was a great help, since his air compressor was broken he took me to the nearest gas station to help me out air in the tire.

After he found out their air compressor was also out of commission, I called his dispatch. Stephen abandoned me and the dispatch called me "f*ckin' ridiculous" when I asked if another guy had an air compressor or if he could follow me to the next closest gas station. They left me at Speedway with nothing and nowhere to go, thankfully USAA sent someone else at a reliable company, but they urged me to make sure everyone knew just how awful Curtis really is.

Never use Curtis. They are self serving and unprofessional. They'll leave you when you need them most, and that's the opposite of what roadside assistance should be.

Highly recommend. Very professional, and courteous. Will call him directly from now on instead of going through roadside
