BG H-D recently got a new owner, and I can say that the place is awesome now. Huge support for 3rd part after market stuff, they really work with customers, and a nice clean modern yet classic place. I bought a bike from them and they have been great. Mike in parts has been able to get me anything I wanted to customize my bike with, usually within a few days, and the service guys really seem spot on, helpful and really seem to know the bikes. Overall it has been a great ride with them so far.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The staff here is awesome. Helped me Find an awesome leather jacket! Stayed with me with helpful advice. The store is beautiful. New place, right off the road. I didn't know it was here...definitely will return. They had larger selection than my home base dealer. Thanks again... A pleasant transaction.

I called this poor excuse for a Harley store to compare prices and discounts with Harley-BMW of Louisville and one of the managers was completely rude on the phone! I will never step foot or ride there nor will I recommend it to ANYONE! I've already begun to tell people(fellow soldiers) about them...If you live in the louisville area, go to Harley-BMW. They are great people and offer military discounts...

WE HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE THERE - WE HAVE SPENT ALOT OF MONEY JUST ON MERCHANDISE, ETC AND ALWAYS HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I WOULD REFER THIS STORE TO PEOPLE I KNOW. THEY HAVE A GREAT SELECTION FOR THE BIG MEN AND US BIGGER WOMEN AT A GOOD PRICE.

I recently visited this Harley Store on our trip to Louisville from Florida. My husband and I both purchased a shirt as we always do when we visit a store out of our state. I wore my shirt 1 time and washed it according to the directions on the tag and the shirt shrank up to a child size. I called the store to see if I could ship it back to exchange it for another and was told no by the General Manager of the store because I had washed it one time. I explained to her that I followed the directions and it must be a defect with the material and I did not want my money back just another shirt to remember our trip. She was rude about the situation and refused to just exchange it even though I had my receipt to prove that I hadn't even had the shirt for 3 weeks. This is very poor customer service for Harley Davidson to me considering all the money we have spent withe Harley in the years.

I will never buy anything from this business again. I ordered some body armor from them. They told me it would arive in about a week. Two weeks went by and no call from them. I went up to the store to inquire about it and all they had to say was we are still waiting on it and it should be here in another couple days. Another 2 weeks went by (1 month now) and I went back up to the store. The item is now on back order with no eta what so ever on when it will come in. I requested, very politly, that they give me one out of another jacket they have instock and replace it with mine when ever it comes in. They stated they could not do that. I asked to speek with a manager to see if he/she could authorize it. The owner of the store came out and very rudely said that they where not going to give me it from another jacket and to stop harrasing his employees. He also stated that me having to wait on a part is not his problem. I asked for a refund and was flat refused saying they dont give refunds for anything and my item would be there when it get there.
The owner of the store was extreemly rude and confrantational to me the entire conversation. He never once offered any form of sympathy what so ever to the situation. If you want a good bike shop to go to where they treat the customers right and with respect then go to Station Park Honda on 9th street.
